Since 2007, Finish Point has been building a carpentry company around customer service. And not just the lame, lip-service type of phony customer service that sounds good in theory, but the kind that legitimately makes people breath a sigh of relief.

We don’t call ourselves craftsman so we can toot our own horn either. We say it in the sense that a true craftsman is going to listen to you explain exactly what you want. Once we understand that, we’ve made it a habit of doing everything we can to make sure it’s done right.

In general, they provided a great product. The install could have been more organized though. They seemed to lack internal communication but that was probably due to a high amount of turnover throughout the project. I would definitely recommend using them in the future.
