Marvin the supervisor, Monty, Vicente, Ernesto, and Jose were the absolute best. Totally friendly, professional and meticulous. They got the job done in one day. They cleaned up perfectly. I would recommend FHIA to anyone who needs the best quality windows and doors. Oh, and they all have a lifetime warranty!!!

Everything was professionally done. The Windows looks great. They looked exactly like the windows that were in the house previously and the best part is that we don’t have to get stressed out every year, worrying about the Hurricanes that will hit us in Florida. They did an excellent job. They completed the project in a short time, and the staff was attentive and professional.

Communication was great! Everyone was timely, yet flexible. Installation went faster than expected and not as messy as anticipated.

Unlike some sales persons I’ve dealt with the product presentation was not over the top or up in my face. All my questions were answered clearly and to the point.

Installation crew was lacking in English communication making it difficult to communicate with them. They also had very basic skills/tools and didn’t retrain windows well or at all.

At every step of the process they did what they said they would do. No surprises no delays. They worked hard to get the project completed in a reasonable time frame.

The crew that installed our sliding door did a great job. They were courteous, professional and left the area very clean.

Installation seemed to go well. It was hard to communicate with the installers even using their language conversion on their cell phone. All words were not translated correctly on both ends.

The installers installed with quality workmanship, & were professional & courteous. The installer’s manager kept us in the loop & up to date.
