The quality of the windows and workmanship is good. The people are very respectful and knowledgable from the field personnel to the office personnel. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Sean O'Brien was the best part of my Renuity experience. He is very good at his job as he knows the product and the installation process. He was always available and promptly contacted me to address my concerns. Sean knows the strengths and weaknesses of his installers and helped alleviate all of my worries during the installation process. It was a pleasure working with him!

The workmen were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

The Installers were very polite as well as professional, they gave a lot of care to the condition and wellbeing of my property inside and out also they were attentive to details and cleaning after the work was completed

there were way too many delays, and it took an extra 3-1/2 months to complete the cabinets. also, the installers did a great job, but left a mess for us to clean, except the last day, when their supervisor was also here.
