Windows installed in Dec 2024, 2 broken frames and a screen with a whole and no replacement yet. They didn't even tell me about what I found took pictures and let them know but still no action to replace. Bad service

Except for the sales person , everyone was very helpful. The field manager Luis was great , the manager Ralph was great addressing my frustration with the sales person. Overall service was great , I highly recommend the company except the sales person . The sales person name is Alex piedra.

They came to work as scheduled. Did the work properly and in a timely manner. Scheduled city inspections. The site supervisor kept me informed as well as Alex, the office contact, answered all my questions. It all played out as Raul had explained on their first visit. Very professional, i was relieved no hidden agenda or surprise increases.
