The team was well focused on their job. The very few times I interrupted them to ask a question, they promptly and politely answered it. They kept each area where they worked as clean as possible upon leaving.

Windows installed in Dec 2024, 2 broken frames and a screen with a whole and no replacement yet. They didn't even tell me about what I found took pictures and let them know but still no action to replace. Bad service

Except for the sales person , everyone was very helpful. The field manager Luis was great , the manager Ralph was great addressing my frustration with the sales person. Overall service was great , I highly recommend the company except the sales person . The sales person name is Alex piedra.
