We moved 3 weeks ago to this new house, we still have pending items to resolve. Maybe after everything is finish we can have more clarity on how much we will recommend Far West to friends, relatives, etc.

It’s a great location and a good house but we had a few annoyances in building decisions such as poor kitchen layouts that block the dishwasher from opening all the way, drawers from being accessible etc. Some upgrades were a joke like white flat paint to colored flat paint. Also some of the mistakes pointed out at the final walk through have yet to be addressed and it’s been 2 weeks.

There is an issue with the service after the purchase and the core problem with the house has yet to be addressed.

My wife and I were home shopping and saw this new community being built from the fwy...we decided to check it out and the rest was history - we loved what we saw and made the decision on that day to purchase our new home. We visited every month (sometimes several times a month) during the building process and we are thrilled with the Customer Service and the final outcome of the property. If health and wealth allows, we would love to own two Far West Industries Homes!
