Nothing but issues from start to finish

Customer service was very good. The installers were also very good. Got here on time, and worked nonstop, except for a 30 min lunch. They cleaned up really good when the job was done.

There is a bit of pressure to sign at the first consultation and make all the decisions on the spot. My issue with this was that it was dark outside and making these decisions for such a big project was difficult.

We checked out many companies, but we went with them, and they did a phenomenal job. A couple of my neighbors are interested, as they have seen it, and that speaks louder of the job.

I will be recommending Exterior Pros to anyone looking for home projects and remodeling.

Easy to work with, financing was simple, every person was friendly, and all our questions answered with grace.

Exterior Pros was very professional and did excellent quality work.

The crew who came in and put in my patio door did an excellent job. They were very informative and let me know what was going on.

I had an indepth conversation with the project manager about some problems which were addressed very quickly and to our satisfaction, however, I would not recommend using the same crew. Lack of full electrical, carpentry and caulking skills.

The very helpful staff at Exterior Pros who answered all my questions and gave great ideas when choosing a new patio door as well as storm door. quickly returned all my calls with questions.

Time factor, especially with the broken window was a little long.

From initial consult , to scheduling , to install . Everything was phenomenal , installers Mike & Troy , explained what they were doing ( found out when old windows were installed there was very little insulation in the cavity around windows . Now I have low expansion foam ( no drafts at all) . Very happy , windows are amazing - in 25 years I will have them out again !

They are too expensive. I should have changed my mind, but my pride got the best of me. I had things I needed to get done so I just held on to my crappy feelings and delt with it.

They did a good job.

I was promised that they would repair some stuff that happened when they made improvements and they never followed through.

Started off ok. Yet failed in closing.
a change in installers. The quality of installing windows & doors became poor. missing screw caps, door hardware malfunctions. Handles breaking, Screws missing at door handle.
Dissatisfied to say the least.
I am paying the price of not being here to assure the quality installation.


The Corrdinator should be doing Quality control, not the customer.
