The team from start to finish was fantastic! Our job (fairly big) was completed in one day with 100% cleanup. We have had no issues thus far. We absolutely recommend exterior pros and will be contacting them again for a new project in the near future!

Exterior Pros did great work, answered all questions, and finished it quickly. Great crew. They cleaned up the astronomical mess and left it spotless. They did a really good job cleaning up.

The work done on our bathtub conversion to a walk in shower exceeded our expectations, we are very pleased with outcome and the workman ship.

Everything up until the installation was perfect. The weather did not permit a quick installation.

The work on the gutters that was subcontracted out required scrutiny, as there were several spoiled product that I identified on the walkthrough. Was very impressed with ExteriorPro’s attitude and their listening to the customer when the issues were presented. Was satisfied with the remediation, but issues should have been identified by the project foreman.

The company’s own workers who installed the windows did a fabulous job.

Overall, I would recommend ExteriorPros for work, but make sure you perform your own detailed inspection of any work their subcontractors perform, and work directly with the ExteriorPro foreman in your project.

Nothing but issues from start to finish

Customer service was very good. The installers were also very good. Got here on time, and worked nonstop, except for a 30 min lunch. They cleaned up really good when the job was done.

There is a bit of pressure to sign at the first consultation and make all the decisions on the spot. My issue with this was that it was dark outside and making these decisions for such a big project was difficult.

We checked out many companies, but we went with them, and they did a phenomenal job. A couple of my neighbors are interested, as they have seen it, and that speaks louder of the job.

I will be recommending Exterior Pros to anyone looking for home projects and remodeling.

Easy to work with, financing was simple, every person was friendly, and all our questions answered with grace.

Exterior Pros was very professional and did excellent quality work.

The crew who came in and put in my patio door did an excellent job. They were very informative and let me know what was going on.

I had an indepth conversation with the project manager about some problems which were addressed very quickly and to our satisfaction, however, I would not recommend using the same crew. Lack of full electrical, carpentry and caulking skills.

The very helpful staff at Exterior Pros who answered all my questions and gave great ideas when choosing a new patio door as well as storm door. quickly returned all my calls with questions.

From initial consult , to scheduling , to install . Everything was phenomenal , installers Mike & Troy , explained what they were doing ( found out when old windows were installed there was very little insulation in the cavity around windows . Now I have low expansion foam ( no drafts at all) . Very happy , windows are amazing - in 25 years I will have them out again !

They are too expensive. I should have changed my mind, but my pride got the best of me. I had things I needed to get done so I just held on to my crappy feelings and delt with it.

They did a good job.

I was promised that they would repair some stuff that happened when they made improvements and they never followed through.

Started off ok. Yet failed in closing.
a change in installers. The quality of installing windows & doors became poor. missing screw caps, door hardware malfunctions. Handles breaking, Screws missing at door handle.
Dissatisfied to say the least.
I am paying the price of not being here to assure the quality installation.


The Corrdinator should be doing Quality control, not the customer.

Exterior Pros, LLC provided very good service and did everything they said they would do to the best of their ability. I am very happy with what Exterior Pros, LLC did and the job they completed.

I was told it would be a two-day project, and they were done in a day. They knew bad weather was moving in, so they sent an extra person to help to get it done on the first day.

I found Exterior Pros, LLC to be very easy to work with and responsive.

The job was started and completed on schedule. The two installers were friendly, respectful and left no mess. However, I had to call the installers back twice to fix workmanship errors with leaks in both the water supply lines and the bathtub drain. Everything was taken care of and the installers were very sorry for the problems. This did leave us with some concern about what else might go wrong in the future. This also made us feel that we paid too much for the project.

They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done pretty fast.

Working with Exterior Pros was incredibly easy. They never did anything that made me feel less than or stupid, like other companies have. When it came to knowledge of the windows, they were very educational and easy to get in touch with. Their technicians were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as well.

I was extremely happy with the service, all the way from the salesman who came to my home, I believe that was Matthew, and to the owner's husband. He came and measured my windows to the installers, Troy I believe. Everybody was wonderful. Pam, the office gal took care of everything.

I am not sure in terms of the cost, and I did not get a lot of different quotes, so I'm not sure about the cost.

They are a really good company, and we are very happy with the outcome!

Everything was done as contracted and as it should be.

From the original appointment with the no-pressure sales rep, to the review of the estimate, to the measuiring, planning & scheduling, to the seamless & meticulous installation - less than six weeks in total, our family is ecstatic with EVERY ASPECT of our experience with the Exterior Pros staff!! We've already noticed the drafts are eliminated and the furnace doesn't turn on nearly as often. We can't wait for phase two which will happen after our kitchen remodel.

Exterior Pros did a great job on my house. They replaced the siding 2 years ago and now replaced the fascia and soffits and a portion of the gutter and gutter guard. They also tore off a wooden awning that was over my patio. The awning was rotting. Each project was completed beautifully in one day. The crew cleaned up everything well. It looks like a new house. I have received a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors about how good it looks.

The people who did my installation were awesome.
