When I had the guy come out to get a quote, it was my first time buying windows. I felt a little pressured, and then he kept showing me these quotes that other people got, which was a lie. I was naive and said okay. Finally, I got the rest of my house quoted for windows. I paid $2100.00 per window here. My next quote was $1650.00, and my next one was $1250.00; they weren't using fancy showcases for sales. I feel like I got robbed. I called them because I am a senior, and it said they give senior discounts; they knocked off $1000.00, which isn't a big discount. They shipped cookies to my house and gave me a $ 500 gift card. I gave it to my garbage can. There is nothing I can get from you for $500.00.The people seemed nice; no one had an attitude. The guy came out and contacted me by mistake on a text and texted me a few weeks later and asked how a certain date sounded. I told him that would work. He said sorry; that was meant for another customer. Paul came out to measure my windows. If you have to call Paul for anything else after that, you leave a message and don't get an answer; either he's busy or doesn't take the time. The guys who installed it on a hot day, I would give them a high 5. They couldn't answer my questions and said I needed to call the production people; the salesman never even gave me a card. I was trying to shake it off for a while.

The door was installed properly and so far has been as expected. Overall, we are happy with the door. However, it was not made clear to us that we would need to paint the door trim. With a project like this, we would have thought that would be part of the job. At the very least, if we did need to do the painting, we would have preferred that it could have been delivered ahead time so we could complete that step before the installation. The other thing I would mention is that we thought that the glass insert for the storm door was going to be one that could slide up and down when needed instead of having to install the entire piece as seasons change. It was a long time between the order and installation (for various reasons-not a criticism), so we may have misunderstood that part of it.

Exterior Pros did a great job and provided great service; I just wish the guys were more personable.

Marshall’s install was excellent. My shower was beautifully done and he was very respectful of my home.He’s a great cleaner-upper and was nice to have around. I’m very pleased with Nancy in the office! She kept me up to date on scheduling the project, arrivals and delays for materials, etc. When we had a rough start to the install and I was horrid to her on the phone, she was gracious and sympathetic with my situation. She remained cool and got things back on track.

I couldn't BE more pleased with the work Exterior Pros did on my new windows! From my first contacts with Nancy, the project coordinator, to the finishing touches by Cory, the gentleman who installed the windows, the work was professional, reasonable, efficient, thorough and expertly executed...right down to the cleanup. This company went above and beyond my most hopeful expectations. I would recommend them without reservation to friends and family.

I had work done by Exterior Pros because a friend recommended me to them. Exterior Pros did an exceptionally good job! The people who were on the team were from the Boyd area, and they worked very hard and very efficiently.

The gentlemen who where involved with this project where all respectful and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner!

The company was easy to work with and was true to the schedule for install....until we had rain days resulting in having to push the install date back.

The team from start to finish was fantastic! Our job (fairly big) was completed in one day with 100% cleanup. We have had no issues thus far. We absolutely recommend exterior pros and will be contacting them again for a new project in the near future!

Exterior Pros is highly professional and definitely a contractor I felt comfortable trusting.

Exterior Pros did great work, answered all questions, and finished it quickly. Great crew. They cleaned up the astronomical mess and left it spotless. They did a really good job cleaning up.

The work done on our bathtub conversion to a walk in shower exceeded our expectations, we are very pleased with outcome and the workman ship.

Everything up until the installation was perfect. The weather did not permit a quick installation.

The work on the gutters that was subcontracted out required scrutiny, as there were several spoiled product that I identified on the walkthrough. Was very impressed with ExteriorPro’s attitude and their listening to the customer when the issues were presented. Was satisfied with the remediation, but issues should have been identified by the project foreman.

The company’s own workers who installed the windows did a fabulous job.

Overall, I would recommend ExteriorPros for work, but make sure you perform your own detailed inspection of any work their subcontractors perform, and work directly with the ExteriorPro foreman in your project.

Nothing but issues from start to finish

Customer service was very good. The installers were also very good. Got here on time, and worked nonstop, except for a 30 min lunch. They cleaned up really good when the job was done.

There is a bit of pressure to sign at the first consultation and make all the decisions on the spot. My issue with this was that it was dark outside and making these decisions for such a big project was difficult.

We checked out many companies, but we went with them, and they did a phenomenal job. A couple of my neighbors are interested, as they have seen it, and that speaks louder of the job.

I will be recommending Exterior Pros to anyone looking for home projects and remodeling.

Exterior Pros was very professional and did excellent quality work.

The crew who came in and put in my patio door did an excellent job. They were very informative and let me know what was going on.

I had an indepth conversation with the project manager about some problems which were addressed very quickly and to our satisfaction, however, I would not recommend using the same crew. Lack of full electrical, carpentry and caulking skills.

From initial consult , to scheduling , to install . Everything was phenomenal , installers Mike & Troy , explained what they were doing ( found out when old windows were installed there was very little insulation in the cavity around windows . Now I have low expansion foam ( no drafts at all) . Very happy , windows are amazing - in 25 years I will have them out again !

They are too expensive. I should have changed my mind, but my pride got the best of me. I had things I needed to get done so I just held on to my crappy feelings and delt with it.
