They provided a dedicated project manager that was the liaison between myself and the contractors. The quality of work was a 10 out of 10.
Everyone on the job from the salesman to the painters was first class. The Project Manager made the entire project stress free.
They were a great company to work with, I did not have any problems.
This Company was my first choice. They had done a job for me several years ago. They exceeded all expectations and completed the job on schedule.
I probably wouldn't recommend them.
We did a number of projects. My son found a hole in my deck. I looked over and saw. I looked at our siding and saw it was rotted as well. I replaced all the siding, got a new roof, a new deck and added a portico. We did all of that. It was an expensive project, but I enjoyed it. They did an excellent job and were always efficient. I was amazed watching them work, as they were so careful about everything! They were very helpful and courteous. The salesperson and Randy were great!
Their sales department is great. Your project greatly depends on your project manager. If you don't get a good one, tough luck!
Make sure they clean up properly.
I had a very good experience with Exovations. Project was completed on time and the Project manager kept me up to date on delays (COVID related with materials). I would recommend Exovations to anyone looking for exterior renovations.
Even during a pandemic they did a professional job that we are extremely pleased with, highly recommend!
Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with and her experience was invaluable. Her suggestions made our project outcome much better than if we had gone with only our first plan. Wes was thorough and made sure things stayed on track. He kept us informed the whole way.
From start to finish the Exovation team exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend!
EXOVATIONS did an excellent job of removing old siding, wrapping house which was done when built, and installing siding.
It's VERY important to get the right Exovations Project Manager on your project. We did 2 projects in the past where Chris Campbell was the PM, & he was detailed, followed through on everything, I never had to be involved once the project was underway. For this latest project we had Andy Burton who was certainly pleasant, but I barely saw him. The workers kept coming to me to ask questions about what I needed done, the painters had to ask what colors went where -- all things that the PM shopld have handled, but he was too uninvolved.
They were exceptionally professional and did a great job. It felt like they were working for me and not the other way around. A lot of companies are not that way. Also, the finished product was amazing.
I was most satisfied with the sales experience and the finished product.
Exovations was very good. They are very organized and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a similar project.
They are not cheapest, but they are good!
I was most satisfied with their professionalism and the installation team.
I designed our exterior renovation and wanted a general contractor with experience doing the extensive work we wanted done. Sales was very clear about the scope quoted and the installation cost matched the quote - a blessing. We added a few elements during the install and Exovations was always clear about the extra cost and timing which was great. The framing / demolition / siding and window / door installers did an AMAZING job. Excellent craftsmanship and always on time. Board and batten looks amazing! Stone veneer install did not go well even though we were very specific about the work to be done. Did not expect to manage the process as much as I did. That said, didn't pay more because of contractor mistakes along the way and ultimately, the job came out great!
I highly recommend this company. They are one of the best I've ever worked with!
From the time that the Salesman (Scott) entered my home and presented the proposal, I was impressed with his attention to detail. This extended to the Project Manager (David) who acted in the same manner. All of my questions and concerns were addressed before the project started on schedule and on time. All PPE procedures were fully followed, including hooking up a sink to my front water supply. From start to finish took four days instead of what would take other companies a week or more, judging from what I had and have seen with other exterior remodeling companies in my neighborhood either looking up the street, or having to drive around their trucks when going down my street. Exovations came in $600.00 less than he other "Big Name" in the business, didn't pressure me to make a signed decision while offering viable financing plans and did a much better job than this company, and all of the other companies that I have seen do work on my neighbors homes. On the first morning of the job, the Exovations yard sign was placed near the street, on the fifth day the day after the last phase of the project was completed, the Project Manager took the sign with him. There was no music and no smoking on the four days the the craftspeople were at my place, and everyone was personable and professional. Also, all construction debris was picke up, bagged, and taken away.
All of the workers are subcontractors so it makes it hard when there are issues. Also, I got nickeled and dimed on things that came up in the middle of the job that my salesperson did not know or tell me about. Had to fight with them on 2 coats of paint that were in the contract but were not done as the painters say they over spray so 2 coats aren't needed. Not real happy with the job they did and or the company
Very pleasant folks, and the salesperson, Joy, was beyond helpful. Most of the work was done well, but there were enough issues (see above) that my recommendation is less than whole hearted.
I was pleased with the work that Exovations did, it looks great. I would like to use them in the future for a sunroom or fixing our deck. We do have two problems, I haven't contacted them about. I am sure when we do they will address those. I feel very good about the company and the workmanship.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of EXOVATIONS as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
