In the Spring of 2024 we were searching for a company to redo our one and only (so extra important!) small bathroom in a house built in 1939. We had three local companies in to give estimates and none of them worked out (nor seemed keen on working it, to be honest, given how challenging it was to redo). Then we coincidentally drove past DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen office in Madison and decided to wander in. They met with us spontaneously then and asked all sorts of great questions and were friendly and hospitable. We worked *together* with Michal, Sarah and Kelly in a series of meetings to create a detailed plan, signed the contract, and then waited for the project to start. It turns out that even small bathrooms require a lot of work and indeed I’d say more as all your choices are very obvious. In the end, with professional input via their team of builders (including Mack the project management lead, Dustin the demo/construction lead, Matt and the tile team, Derek and the plumbing team, and the electical team), our bathroom was completed and we’re thrilled with the outcome. Very happy to recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen as they are professional, have many great design insights, are committed to resolving any problems that emerge along the way (there are always surprises in old houses), and they communicate well with their clients.

It was perfect for us because it provided everything in one place; the advisors, the products, the showroom, the samples, the sub-contractors and coordination by their General Contractor. My wife and I knew we made a good decision to use DreamMaker from our initial design meeting, Michal listened, asked questions, provided options, and made recommendations. He was interested is providing good solutions for out situation, and paid attention to our budget.

During the building process, Michal's first interest was making sure that things were done right, and that we were happy with things. He visited our home often when other contractors were in the house, and always worked to address the challenges that came up.

We are really pleased with how smoothly the entire project took to completion. Michael worked hard to keep on schedule and to be flexible with the schedules of others. The quality of workmanship was the best. Michael contracted with a top notch tile person, and also the carpenter was excellent. The painters were very good. The plumbers and the electricians did their work well.
