My wife and I knew we made a good decision to use DreamMaker from our initial design meeting, Michal listened, asked questions, provided options, and made recommendations. He was interested is providing good solutions for out situation, and paid attention to our budget.
During the building process, Michal's first interest was making sure that things were done right, and that we were happy with things. He visited our home often when other contractors were in the house, and always worked to address the challenges that came up.
Michal's proactive communication meant the world to us, as a family of four with two pets still had to figure out life during a remodel while both working and doing school from home during a pandemic.

We are really pleased with how smoothly the entire project took to completion. Michael worked hard to keep on schedule and to be flexible with the schedules of others. The quality of workmanship was the best. Michael contracted with a top notch tile person, and also the carpenter was excellent. The painters were very good. The plumbers and the electricians did their work well.
