Had 2 roofers come by and try to give me an estimate, just had. a $42,000 roof UT on on March 4 2025, so it's not just me, please send me a supervisor not workers who can address my concerns.

I didn't get want I wanted. Interest rate was changing when suppose to ne fixed.still haven't had complete roof for 20,000.00. Lied to.

I love the way they worked and how fast it was. There was a little issue that they need to go over today, but overall they did very well.

I got the roof and probably should never have purchased the roof. I really can't afford it, and now I have to pay for it.

When I first talked to the person who first came out, the agreement was that the rapter and the roof would be replaced. None of the rapters were replaced. Boards were just put on top of most of the existing roofs. The way I see it, it was a rake job. The roof still leaks. They came out a couple of times and cut out boards nd put them against old rapters that were supposed to be replaced and weren't. It just looks horrible.

I was not satisfied with the finish work. The roof was fine, but not the gutters.

They called if they were going to be late. The gentleman who came to my house, evaluated it, and provided me with a quote was the nicest person I've ever met. The roof contractors did an outstanding job, working from early morning until almost dark. I have zero complaints; everyone is extremely kind. I was really impressed.

They just installed the roof. They did their job professionally.

Improve clean-up. Job was finished in the dark and many small pieces of material and a few screw/nails were left in yard.

They came and worked on my roof and completed the job. They did a good job, I think. We've had some rain, and it hasn't leaked in the garage.

I knew my roof was in bad shape because of its age but not being able to get into the attic for several heating could not see the changes occurring. When the Dream Hom Roofers Inspector went upstairs and took pictures to show me it was apparent I needed to take action. Then pictures were taken with a drone of the roof. Living on a fixed income and already making payments on other home improvements I held my breath as everything was explained to me about what Dream Home Roofers could do for me and provide me with aavenues for affordable financing. I agreed and financing approved on the spot and my roof was installed the following Tuesday! Old roof off, wood replaced where needed, new roof installed! It looks great!!

They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied. They had high quality and good workmanship.

High pressure, Tricky tactics, and lied about interest rates and finances. Oh, and I didn't have mold in my attic, SMH!

Making sure all the crew shows up,to much work for just 2 people,that's probably why screws and nails were left behind

The dumpster still has not been removed, and today marks a week that it's been in my driveway. It's a shame because the installers did excellent work, and they had it done in just a few hours. This dumpster being in the driveway is subtracting from their work.

They were on time and finished as promised, also they cleaned up very good

I am still picking up nails from the project, but the roof itself is beautiful. The project was expensive.

I had to keep complaining to Dream Home Roofers about the nails, and they had to go over the front yard again because I found half a cup of nails. They did a nice job, but they didn't get all the nails. I would recommend them, but they need to clean up behind themselves.

They had a couple of offers that were not introduced to me. I felt like I paid them a lot of money, and they did not offer me a gift card or anything. I did not need any of their other services such as gutters or my home chemically cleaned since it is wood. The roof is okay, and the shingles from Corning are great. I would rate their workmanship a 4 out of 5.

After the sale of the job, it went downhill from there. We were not satisfied the entire time.

The cleanup was incomplete despite promises. The bushes were damaged by shingles thrown on them. They had to come back due to shingles damaged during installation only discovered after I had a second company do a fly over.

The people that came to do the roof were very professional. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They were really nice people, and it turned out really great.

They are not focused on their job. The contractors didn't complete the job. They didn't communicate in a way that they are supposed to communicate with me. The company service was okay, but the contractors were unprofessional. The company called and checked on me.

They were very professional and went above and beyond. I'm satisfied with the work and the assistant they gave me with the previous job. They removed and replaced my solar panels. I had trouble with the solar panel company that installed them; they made holes in the roof. I'm hoping that is not the case here with my new roof. But I have nothing but nice things to say.

I was disappointed because when I met with the sales rep Alex, I was told I wouldn't need more than 3 sheets of plywood which would be included in the cost. I was told if there was an additional plywood needed, then it would be at $120 per sheet of plywood. After the roofing crew ripped all of the shingles off the roof, I get a call from the company that I would need all new decking on the roof and was told that it would be another 70 sheets of plywood needed which would cost me another $8,400. That was upsetting because I felt like I was cornered and had no choice but to accept it because the shingles were already ripped off the roof at that point.

Price a little high.

I would not recommend them to a friend because there was a lot of damage done while doing the roof that led to monetary issues for us. Somebody nailed through the roof into our air conditioning coil, which then drained all the freon out of our air conditioner. We had to go get a new system because we couldn't replace it since it was an old unit. Customer service has not responded to that as of yet.

Our solar panels were damaged when they were taken down, and didn't work for two weeks. At first, they didn't want to fix them and told us to call the solar company, but I was very specific that they were working before the roofing job.

They also cut the wire to the WiFi and they told us to call the WiFi company to come out and fix it, but that would cost us. They never came out to fix it.
