I am not satisfied with their job.

Dream Home was very unprofessional. They came on time, but they left a mess. I had to call them several times to come back and clean up after themselves. They didn't come back until after I had already cleaned everything up for them. They installed the roof in a way that it was loose. The wind knocked a piece of the siding off. There were pieces of the roof that fell in the yard. I had to call and ask them to come back and replace it. They told me when they quoted me that it was going to be a certain amount. Then on the day of the installation, they quoted me another price. It was about $8,000 or $9,000 more. They said they weren't expecting something with the wood or something like that. They added that to the bill. When they left, they left all their materials and everything in the yard. They knew I had a gender reveal party in a matter of days. I asked them to clean it up. They didn't clean it up, so I had to take care of everything, because there was nails and all that stuff in the yard.

They did a good job. I had to go back and pick up nails out of the grass and driveway.

Dream Home Roofers needs to hire more professional people. They were rude, and I felt bullied.

Dream Home Roofers did an excellent job cleaning up the outside from the roofing project and the salesperson was on point and very courteous. I had excellent contact with their concierge when talking about the payment. An area of improvement I would suggest is at the point when the roofers finish their work; if they have to make holes or adjustments to the original wood structure, they check to see if they have any debris inside the house in the attic. After they left, I noticed there was wood and tar paper in the attic. I saw where the vent was installed; a lot of debris had fallen down into the attic onto items I had in the attic.

When I talked to Rlchard he said you can pay down the loan and then it would adjust your payment not true also the interest starts when you sign the contract so either way if you pay early or not you still pay the same interest so not having to pay for a year doesn't help your loan

I think they were very efficient, friendly, accommodating, very professional, on time, and everything was done very nicely and quickly. There were no loopholes or headaches.

I was misled by the salesman with Dream Home Roofers for my gutters.

They did a great job, were responsible and everything is nice. My neighbors like it and are impressed with the job.

The two teams (roof replacement & gutter replacement) that did the work were excellent, very focused on their jobs and very well coordinated by their leads. Aesthetically look great, need to wait until the rains and winds come before I can give the whole review... but it looks great.

I had a great experience with this company! The workmen are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They answered my questions without seaming annoyed as some workmen do, and to my surprise left my property cleaner than they found it.
