I am satisfied with everything that Dream Home Roofers has done.

They are not focused on their job. The contractors didn't complete the job. They didn't communicate in a way that they are supposed to communicate with me. The company service was okay, but the contractors were unprofessional. The company called and checked on me.

They were very professional and went above and beyond. I'm satisfied with the work and the assistant they gave me with the previous job. They removed and replaced my solar panels. I had trouble with the solar panel company that installed them; they made holes in the roof. I'm hoping that is not the case here with my new roof. But I have nothing but nice things to say.

I was disappointed because when I met with the sales rep Alex, I was told I wouldn't need more than 3 sheets of plywood which would be included in the cost. I was told if there was an additional plywood needed, then it would be at $120 per sheet of plywood. After the roofing crew ripped all of the shingles off the roof, I get a call from the company that I would need all new decking on the roof and was told that it would be another 70 sheets of plywood needed which would cost me another $8,400. That was upsetting because I felt like I was cornered and had no choice but to accept it because the shingles were already ripped off the roof at that point.

Price a little high.

I would not recommend them to a friend because there was a lot of damage done while doing the roof that led to monetary issues for us. Somebody nailed through the roof into our air conditioning coil, which then drained all the freon out of our air conditioner. We had to go get a new system because we couldn't replace it since it was an old unit. Customer service has not responded to that as of yet.

Our solar panels were damaged when they were taken down, and didn't work for two weeks. At first, they didn't want to fix them and told us to call the solar company, but I was very specific that they were working before the roofing job.

They also cut the wire to the WiFi and they told us to call the WiFi company to come out and fix it, but that would cost us. They never came out to fix it.

The price was too high. I should have gotten that cheaper; it was a bait and switch. All year they can do it for cheaper, but it's today only. They use high-pressure sales techniques.

I would not recommend them to a friend because there was no nobody that spoke English, and nobody would talk to me. It seems like that's their policy, but there's no project manager on-site. I had to call him, but I wasn't given the name or number. I had to find that out to talk to him; nothing happened, but I wasn't good about not being able to talk to them.

They were extremely professional, had amazing prices, were on time, and communicated very well.

I love you guys! You did a great job! I don't have one complaint, I love everything!

the materials they use and knowledge are top notch. the salesman explained the ridge vent and what the competition used compared to them. they use stainless steel plates instead of plastic mesh. the day after installation my wife complained the Aircon was to cold! the plates allow for better ventilation

The roofers did a great job. Worked nonstop. The dumpster was not here for them when they started. They put tarps down all around my property & when they left you would’ve never known what it looked like when they were working.

They did good work. Everything was done on time, and I appreciated that.

I haven't gone on the roof to do a check, but from what I can see they did a good job. I am a commercial contractor, but I don't do roofs. What they did was 5 stars, and how they did it and carried themselves. It was professionally done, and they did it precisely as I expected. I only do spot checks until there's a storm, but from what I see so far it is excellent. They have to do a final cleaning, as there is dusting debris over the building. They are going to soft wash, and I am fine with that, as it gets to the decks, etc. The biggest issue is the work, and when they put the gutters on it kicked it up to a double 5 stars for me. I am very particular, and I have been in business close to 30 years, and I am a veteran, and I have done roofs. I know exactly what they are going to do. I was personally there for three days, and they did a phenomenal job.

As advertised in one day, they send enough people with the proper materials to be able to do a fabulous job changing the roof out. I have a very large roof.

There are some shingles that I don't like. There are some shingles missing on the roof. Some of the gutter drains are not like they should be. They ran the gutters the wrong way. There are a few things I do not like about the way they did them.

Dream Home Roofers was professional. They did the work very fast. They did a great job.

Too expensive

I was impressed with the salesman who came out and with the workers who came out to do the roof. They cleaned up with no mess left whatsoever

I have already referred people because of the service that I had. The young man took his time to explain a lot of things, show videos, and show how the quality is. He was very well-mannered, intelligent, and worked with you to make sure you'll be satisfied.

I'd recommend them because the guys were nice.
