The tiles on the roof are still not flat.
Done in a day
I am likely to recommend them because they did a great job.
They did a fantastic job.
They were friendly. It was very beneficial. They cleaned up their messes.
They were very professional. They were very timely, and they reached out and handled working with my HOA for me perfectly.
very professional and roof os holding nicely without any more leaks.l
The presentation of the roofing and instructions on products was very helpful in making a decision.
My experience with Dream Home Roofers was poor along the board. I've had pieces of my roof blow off twice since installation. They used high pressures sales and deceptive practices. I sat in home for 4-5 Horus and they did not leaving until 11pm. My best judgment told me to throw the guy out of my home. They did not provide a detailed description of the quote. They did not provide accurate survey date for the size of my roof when they gave me the quote. I called first thing the next morning at 7:55 and left a message to cancel the engagement. This was after sales representative left. I spoke to senior manager in sales and he reduce price by 5k and removed the ridiculous percentage of interest rate. issue. My issue with Dream Home Roofers was they charged 45k for roof. If I had thrown guy out, it would have only been a 12-15k roof. I could have put a roof on the whole cul-de-sac for what I paid, only to have pieces of roof blowing off.
I was very happy with the job.
were timely even after a snow storm
The men to remove the solar panels came at night on a Sat and it was not a good experience
The whole process was easy from start to finish and I love the look of our new roof.
They were very efficient.
It was done relatively quickly, and with a great deal of professionalism and thoroughness. They cleaned up well.
The job was completed quickly and done right.
They did not do what I hired them to do, and my roof is leaking. I specifically asked them to do something that they did not do. I called three times, and I have roofing experience, and I went up on my roof to take a look, which I am too old to do. They had three Spanish-speaking guys that only one kind of knew what he was doing. I told him there was a spot that needed to be sealed, and they did not do it. I called, and a field supervisor came out, and I showed him where it needed to be sealed so that it would not create a valley where water would lay, and he said it would be alright. They did not even bring the right tools to finish the job, I had to lend them my tools. They did not finish the job properly and my roof is leaking, and I had to go out and buy a pan to put in my attic where the roof is leaking. I have not had a chance to get in touch with them, and I have not paid them in full yet, but it is supposed to rain tomorrow, and I am hoping the pail that I purchased stops the water from coming into my bedroom and hallway.
I just felt very taken advantage of !!!! @)
Price, speed, quality
The people that worked on our roof replaced a 20+ year problem in less than two days. The fact they were able to do all that, and the parties that both helped set up the matter too? It was great. I feel that anyone needing of help with a roof or repairs like this need only look to Dream Home Roofers. This was the best experience I've had from countless handymen, contractors and free agents that all said they can 'fix' it but it will cost/be a temporary fix. As that's all I could seem to get in most cases. They were professional and so polite it was refreshing.
Afterward, I found out I could have gotten it done a lot cheaper, but the quality is very nice.
Dream Home Roofers did a good job. They cleaned everything and left no trash.
I am not satisfied with their job.
Dream Home was very unprofessional. They came on time, but they left a mess. I had to call them several times to come back and clean up after themselves. They didn't come back until after I had already cleaned everything up for them. They installed the roof in a way that it was loose. The wind knocked a piece of the siding off. There were pieces of the roof that fell in the yard. I had to call and ask them to come back and replace it. They told me when they quoted me that it was going to be a certain amount. Then on the day of the installation, they quoted me another price. It was about $8,000 or $9,000 more. They said they weren't expecting something with the wood or something like that. They added that to the bill. When they left, they left all their materials and everything in the yard. They knew I had a gender reveal party in a matter of days. I asked them to clean it up. They didn't clean it up, so I had to take care of everything, because there was nails and all that stuff in the yard.
They did a good job. I had to go back and pick up nails out of the grass and driveway.
