Great from start to finish only had one issue but they are quickly working with me to fix the issue. But very easy to work with and extremely polite and professional! I will be calling again to get more work done from them for sure.

Wyatt the installer, came by himself, on time 8:30am laid covering over our floors, installed the shower, cleaned up his mess and was done and gone by 5:30 pm.
The shower curtain wasn't in yet, so someone from the service department came back and put it up. He also was on time, and got it done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.
I recommend Mad City! There products and lifetime warranty is outstanding!

They were great to work with

After shower door was installed it was discovered to have been measured wrong, plus opening on wrong side. Now have to wait for 4-6 weeks for a new door. Good thing we have a second shower

Shoutout to Wyatt Meyer our shower stall installer,professional, polite, quality work and areas inside and outside of home left clean and construction materials removed. Company representative completed accurate preinstallation measurements and purchase details avoiding any misunderstandings on work to be accomplished. Premium materials and installation, this was not just a tear-out and replacement with contractor grade products. As advertised installation work completed in a single day, started by 9am finished by 6pm.
Overall very satisfied with the fit and finish of the work accomplished.

Installer arrived on time and set up for our shower replacement. Friendly and polite while doing an excellent job! Was finished installing on schedule and cleaned up everything before leaving. Would recommend him again!

This is the first time I used mad city. They worked on replacing my shower and bath. One of the things I liked about them was that they kept me informed about the whole process and notified me by text and phone calls through the whole process. When the installer was not going to get there on the date agreed to, they notified me right away. And moved the install to the next day. And it was installed the next day. They even followed up a few days after the installation to make sure I was satisfied with the install. Everyone that I dealt with were very professional. I reccomend them.
