The instalation went will. But now I'm on my second request for service as now it is leaking on the hinged side of the door. It's been in for three weeks and I've only got ro use it once.

We were quite happy with the short time it took to transform our cabinets. The install team came with everything they needed and went right to work. They listened to our feedback and tried their best to answer our questions and accommodate us. They would be welcome back any time.

Honestly I love everything about my new shower. It has a pull down, build in bench & a shelving unit enclosed in the wall of the shower. So many colors to choose from. I pick white with a white bench. Again I can say it enough. It is so beautiful.

Every step involved in bringing this beautiful new walk-in shower to us (sales, communications, installation and quality of the finished product) was done in a friendly, professional manner. An extra big shoutout to our installers, Landon P. and Morgan W.
In about 4.5 hours, they transformed our horrible 1970’s avocado green tub into a spacious, accessible, easy-to-clean, walk-in shower. Their workmanship was great. (My husband is retired from construction services, and knows skilled work when he see it!) Both men were very professional and friendly.

From beginning to end everyone was incredibly nice and respectful. We greatly appreciated the fact the install team was cautious of our animals and small children in the home. After doing a lot of research on quality, price, & customer experience & satisfaction, we chose Mad City Windows to replace our windows. The quality of the windows are superior to any others on the market.

The sales staff is knowledgeable, but doesn’t use high pressure tactics like so many others do. They don’t have to, because the windows sell themselves!

The installation crew arrived on time ready to work. They introduced themselves & explaned exactly what would be done & how long it should take. The original crew chief, Mark?, was measuring & cutting trim while his assistant, TC was carrying in all the windows, tools, & other supplies & began removing the old windows. While TC was working inside, Mark had an accident with the saw & cut his finger. It was pretty bad to where he couldn’t continue to work & get stitches. Another crew chief, Cody, was called at another job, & as soon as he finished there, he came to our house to complete our project. He was really impressive! He had been working at the other job since 6:00 am, came to our house & he & TC didn’t finish until 8:45pm. They worked their hearts out for us. They were our heroes.

Even though they worked so late Cody still spent time answering questions about the windows & showed us all the workings of each window.
