After doing a lot of research on quality, price, & customer experience & satisfaction, we chose Mad City Windows to replace our windows. The quality of the windows are superior to any others on the market.

The sales staff is knowledgeable, but doesn’t use high pressure tactics like so many others do. They don’t have to, because the windows sell themselves!

The installation crew arrived on time ready to work. They introduced themselves & explaned exactly what would be done & how long it should take. The original crew chief, Mark?, was measuring & cutting trim while his assistant, TC was carrying in all the windows, tools, & other supplies & began removing the old windows. While TC was working inside, Mark had an accident with the saw & cut his finger. It was pretty bad to where he couldn’t continue to work & get stitches. Another crew chief, Cody, was called at another job, & as soon as he finished there, he came to our house to complete our project. He was really impressive! He had been working at the other job since 6:00 am, came to our house & he & TC didn’t finish until 8:45pm. They worked their hearts out for us. They were our heroes.

Even though they worked so late Cody still spent time answering questions about the windows & showed us all the workings of each window.

Because the finished quality when the installers left I refuse to put one of my friends on to mad city because the job looked like a 4yrs when around with super glue and clear nail polish and I have 4 people looking to buy windows in the next few months and I told them to use someone else beside MadCity

i was told the 4 drawers next to the sink would be easy close. I was also told that the new cabinets would have a shelf in them.
It turns out neither was true. I was lied to.

The installers were very professional and polite. We love the new shower and tub.

I am very pleased with Mad City. I had windows installed and from the sales representative to installation the Mad City team was professional, courteous and competent. I recommend Mad City!

Overall. They did a fantastic job. My only complaint is that all the pieces to complete the job should have been double checked. I would still highly recommend Mad City windows to my family and friends! I've had a couple family members look at it. They were impressed.
