The installers were less than I expected.
They told us it would be four to six weeks when they were here, and it was eight weeks, and I didn't get a response until I called the company and asked when it would be done, That's problem number one. The other thing is that when they did come, the technicians or installation crew did a lousy job. They didn't know how to work with some of the materials; I had no water for two days, and they had to put holes in my wall in order to fix it. I would not recommend Long Home Products to a friend.

I'd recommend that people shop around and compare the various companies that offer this type of 'service.' before committing to the first one that walks in the door, regardless of the 'upgrades' offered for 'signing the contract right now.'
They were very professional. I loved the work. It was beautiful. They were punctual. The only negative feedback is the workers were unable to communicate because they didn't speak English. Overall, their work was great.

Probably not! The workers did not finish the job as intended. They left some of the work unfinished. There were no circumstances that Brendan described that would have us finishing the job. Plus the head supervisor that came out to find a solution was condescending and disrespectful.
The shower handle broke a week after the installation and I have yet to be contacted by the company to fix it.
Overall experience was great. Best we ever had with a contractor like this.

The after-sales process lect a very bad taste in my mouth. The process took way too long and the company needs to get a better hold on the scheduling of events...I don't quite understand how you guys can advertise tub to stand up shower in a day when in my case it took two weeks. The one day transformation was the main reason I even considered having the work done...Just was not happy with the company's protocol regarding issues that came up.
Quality, communication and professionalism top rate
I had an excellent experience working with this company to replace two bathroom showers. Their products are excellent, process is very informative, they are timely in responding to requests for info and sent outstanding team of 4 to do my shower replacements. This team got the work done in 1 day and it was a job very well done. I highly recommend this company for this work.

Advertisements online and on Tv stated one-day installation. It didn't say it might take longer if you have to acquire paperwork/permit from the city/state which would take a month or so. They also knew we lived in a condo and didn't tell us we might have to contact the HOA for approval. Since it is in the bathroom, I didn't think we had to contact the HOA for approval since the work was being done in our home. The contractor waited for the day before installation to ask us if we contacted the HOA. Within a little over a week, we had approval but then we had to wait for another month for an installation date. Plus, we had put a down payment towards the work as well. Plus, we didn't even have all the paperwork until I asked for it, then I received it through email. We had just plain shower doors and plain white walls, no seat, no grab bars and only 3 little shelves, no fancy shower head and it took months to acquire our materials from the warehouse. How does that add up to 13,750.?

I had a lot of issues with the installation. It has been three to four months now and my project is not complete yet. I have already received a bill even though the project is not done.
This has been a nightmare from the day. We still honed the contract the very next day aiden called us saying that there was a problem and we had to resign all the papers. When he called there were people yelling in the background that made it very difficult to hear and understand
The installation went well, but we noticed there was a leak after installation, and it took a couple of different crews to come out to repair the issue.

The fact that it took 4 months to get the whole project done was a little annoying. They came out 3 times before they had everything needed to complete the project. Quality control needs work. Someone needs to check the orders when they come in to make sure everything is in the order. They left a little silicone on the glass which I have removed.
I had a handicap shower installed because I use a wheelchair. It came out perfect, and I am very happy with the service.

At every stage of the process my experience was excellent.
The hardest part was waiting for the parts to show up.
The two workers who came from Long Home Products were not very detail-oriented. There were some issues when they were careless. I had to speak with Anthony, and now they have to redo the whole project. The installation was not adequate. Anthony said he would call me to schedule the new installation, but he still has not called me back. He had said he would call last Friday.

The product is what they said it would be, and the workmanship was fantastic.
Brenden, the finished product and installation were excellent. The customer service at the Long Home Products headquarters was not good at all. They failed to return phone calls in a timely manner or return phone calls at all. It was the biggest problem. They canceled installation appointments at the very last minute, as well. The workmanship and the crew were great. They cleaned upity and picked up after themselves once they got here.
I would recommend them but not for the sales experience. It's a fine product, and the prospective client will pay a lot to get what is advertised. They need someone more sophisticated to pitch the product. They need someone closer to the age of the buyer.
I have recommended them to my sister. Because the work was done to perfection, and I'm very happy with how they did my shower.
Everything was great except the pressure sales tactics
The only thing was a lack of communication about when the job was going to start. I had to keep calling, and it took a while to hear back from Long Home Products, and it was much longer than they said it was going to take to get the supplies in. They had them, but they did not set up an appointment. I love the shower. It is great, and I don't have to worry about climbing over the bath anymore with one leg. I really like it. The installers were great and very cordial. The owner, Anthony, even came and stopped by. He stayed for a while, we talked, and he was great. The staff was amazing and quick. They were in and out in just a few hours. I only have one bathroom, so that was great. They told me to let them know if I needed to use it. They were great. The installers were very pleasant and cordial. Like I mentioned, the owner, Anthony, stopped by. We talked, and he made sure everything went smoothly and was picked up. I was very surprised when I found out he was the owner of the company. He is a really, really nice guy, and I enjoyed talking to him. He is a super guy. He even gave me his own phone number. Long Home Products is really good.
Will not allow anyone else to pay inflated prices. Especially the same price for a cottage as a residential shower. Absurd.

Quality materials , professional workmanship
The sales guy that came over to my house was very convincing. We thought that we were getting a top of the line stand up shower. There was nothing spectacular about it. I could have gotten a granite stand up shower for what I paid.
