After giving the initial payment and being told it would be 2 or 3 months at the most we never heard from anyone for almost 5 months when they called one morning to say they were coming.

They were efficient, got the job done, and we are happy with the finished project. They improved what we had because it was old, and now its new and fresh. The two of them did a good job, seemed to know what they were doing, and there were no problems.

A few items were not completed satisfactorily. The worker sent told me he spoke no English. He was alone and called someone to interpret for him who struggled himself with English. A key item that I was promised would be fixed was not. Worker told me it could not be fixed, contrary to promise. A second item needed to be replaced and was not. I emailed the project manager who didn’t respond because he was locked out of his computer for 2 weeks. An unlikely and unfortunate scenario difficult to wrap my head around.

Our Product Specialist Joe Partridge no longer works for your company. When we called to change specs of our order, Matt (?) informed us that he could not go by what was on a “written on piece of paper” even though we said we could email it to him. After a 1/2 hour discussion with him and he didn’t want to listen any longer, I frustratingly said, fine we’ll just cancel our order and his reply was “up to you, there is a no refund clause in your contract”. Because of his blaise attitude, we will not be continuing any business with your company. Too bad, as Joe discussed with us the replacement of our downstairs shower and new flooring for the bathroom and utility room.

They were a superb company.

Installers arrived three hours late. Had to come back the next day as the wrong sliding glass doors were put onto the truck. Had to take a sick day for the second day after a vacation day the first day.

The price was higher than locals. The initial installers missed details.

They took three months to complete a small bathroom which was very inconvenient for us. The so-called coordinator was rude and did not take responsibility for things when she made mistakes and then blamed me. She needs customer service etiquette.

Workmanship was excellent and material quality was very good. Sales experience was a bit offputting. Started with a ridiculous price and came down to an acceptable price (nearly 50% lower) after 40 minutes of my wanting to walk away. I still think I paid a bit more than I should have, but am close. The salesman should have just started with the best price and saved us both some time.

Crew were on time , very professional, completed everything on time and left the site clean. They explained the new features. The video of the plumbing to prove no leaks was I great idea.

They have very professional workers. I appreciated that, when they were finished, it didn't look like anyone had been there. They were clean and orderly.

The due date they gave me was way off.

As the product is nice and we are happy with our new shower, the price was too high for the materials used.

The whole process was very detailed, and they were professional and courteous. The two installers were incredibly diligent, worked very hard, and did an extremely good job. We are very happy with it.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

The new shower stall was very well installed by two skilled, hard working, guys, The main reason i would not recommend Long Baths to a friend or family member is that I believe the price was too high. The original price I was quoted was over 16 thousand dollars so when I said the price was too high the salesman said that he could reduce it too a little less than 12 thousand dollars with discounts. Even 12 thousand dollars I believe is very expensive for a one day job to remove a bathtub and replace it with a shower stall.

The crew did not come equipped to address the small holes they left in the walls. They had no spackling compound.

Everyone was wonderful and professional, but for the amount of work that was completed, I thought it was too expensive. After seeing the completed project, I just don't think I got a huge bang for my buck.

I loved how efficient and fast that they were able to help me.
