They were very professional and fair. They were always on time. They were very pleasant people. I didn't mind leaving them in my house because they were awesome! They were an amazing team. They did a great job putting my house back together. They knew what they were doing. I really appreciate them!

I had a large rug that got wet and had drywall fall on it from the issue on my second floor. They took my rug that my mother gave me and took it upon themselves to through it out!!! That rug was sentimental value to me! My mother just passed away this year and my heart is broken. how Do you replace a sentimental value item? What gave the the right to just throw it away without contacting me first!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want compensated!!!!!! This company said they contacted my insurance who had my claim and they said they did not tell them to throw it away.

Rick and his team were fantastic! Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they went above and beyond what they were suppose to. They prayed with me. I felt very comfortable with them & I can't say enough about how wonderful they are.

The humidifier leak could have been worse as it was over the garage. Regardless of the severity, the CSG technicians treated us as if the timing was critical. The garage ceiling repair was done so well it looked as though it had already been painted. The painting was completed over several days with excellent workmanship. The crew that relaid the upstairs vinyl floor where the leak occurred was equally meticulous in workmanship. Overall, highly recommended.

Creation Services Group were at my home within hours after I spoke to my ALLSTATE agent ,they did what had to be done & followed up every day to check on what needed to be done.When my carpet arrived ,it was put down and everything was finished. The employes where all very nice & good at their jobs. I would recomend them to anyone.
