The communication we had with the staff at Craftsmen was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner even when the weather conditions didn’t cooperate. The workmanship was also excellent.

I was concerned about how much this would cost, but Erik managed to make the quote on this Hardie siding and new vinyl windows manageable. The siding looks real good overall, but there was very avoidable damage done to the roof, doors and windows during tear off and I'm not very satisfied by that. I found a large old siding board that was thrown into bushes and left there nails pointed up. Not using tarps for tear down was reckless, and I found bags and bags of old paint and nails all over that could just be avoided with a little prep work for demolition piles. I would say get a bid, but I would be very clear about my concerns.

Erik, our sales person, did a great job describing our options and presenting a proposal for new siding along with new gutters and soffits. We had to wait awhile to get the project started but the crew we had was great. They were polite, thorough and competent. They cleaned up every afternoon when they'd finished for the day and were easy to communicate with. The gutter installers and the electrician did a great job too. We're very happy with Craftsmen and our improved home!

The Marvin Window and James Hardie Siding projects we had done last October/November went very well. The skill and expertise of the crews who did the work was solid and without error. They were pleasant, accommodating and easy to work with. The new windows and siding look great and we would recommend their work and Craftsmen Home Improvement without hesitation.

Everything about this company was first class. The salesman Jim was the best I’ve ever dealt with. We had new roofing, skylights, soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts and siding done. Big job! The crews were extremely hard-working, professional, courteous, and seemed to really care about their work and our satisfaction. The foreman on the siding crew, Juan, was especially great to deal with. Craftsmen even pointed out some extra little things that could be done to make the overall job look and function better, and they did the work, too! As with any big project, there are surprises when you start tearing things apart. There were with my house. They were VERY fair with the cost of resolving those issues and did a great job. I recommend these people 100%.

Good company to do business with. We have had windows, siding and roof done at different times. Excellent sales staff and good project managers. All install crews have been friendly, professional, and extremely skilled at what they do. And, cleanup was done well.

The onsite siding and window wrap team of Ray, Luis, Andrea, Carlos and Dominique were very professional--they arrived on time, were hard workers, and worked efficiently and carefully. I also appreciated that they cleaned up the property before leaving at each day's end. I enjoyed getting to know them. Matt and his son did a great job on my gutters too! They were very kind and made a few recommendations and adjustments that were beneficial.
