I've already told my neighbors how satisfied I was with Copper Creek. My only complaint is that you went too far when you had a survey company call me trying to get me to respond. Otherwise you would have received all 5 stars.

Explained everything in detail, talked with my insurance company, were VERY clean while performing their work—cleaning up everyday. James and Leslie explained what needed to be done and worked with me. The construction was completed in a very timely manner. Great folks to work with.

When the subcontractors came, such as the painter or plumber, they always came on time. It was a great experience.

From the start, the team was clear and knowledgeable about what to expect and the process to get the repairs completed. Communication was also great and we found the team to be responsive and helpful.

All the workers were courteous and professional and did a good job at their specific tasks.

It took them an entire month to rebuild a small bathroom and alcove. No demo was required, as place was already gutted by a previous company.

Too many fingers in the pie, we were never sure who was responsible for what. There were many days when no construction was addressed at all. No remorse. No timeline. A black hole.
