Professional and great working relationship. When we took off the existing siding, there was extensive unknown damage. They worked with us fairly pricing the extra work and making sure we stayed on course to finish before our rental season.

The team showed up early, worked late, cleaned up every day, and got the job done quick and well. They were very flexible in terms of additional work orders that came up throughout the project as well. Would recommend!

I was convinced by their ratings with James Hardie Co. I am really glad I hired them. Their quote was very reasonable and they performed the work in record time, allowing no disruption to my business. The quality and skill of their team was impressive. It is hard to a company that does such good work in Myrtle Beach. I will be hiring them again for all my projects.

We have already recommended Contract Exteriors to friends and neighbors. We have gotten so many positive comments from neighbors and friends about how nice our house looks. It does look like a very different house, which is a huge positive.

Contract Exteriors was very helpful throughout the large project of residing our home! Communication was great. Lucas did a great job keeping us informed about what was going on. Euginia was also a great help setting up the work schedule after some unforeseen delays!

Communication and transparency was great from the start and continued throughout the project. Work was efficient and completed well prior to expected date. Most importantly for us was that our yard was cleaned after each day of work so we could let our dogs out and not have to worry about anything.

My wife and I needed to replace the siding on our home, and because of water damage issues, we contacted Contract Exteriors, who came out and looked at the existing conditions. They looked at a set of drawings showing my vision, came back with a proposal and their view, and it matched my vision. They knew what I was looking for. Once we signed the contract, and it was completed, we were thoroughly satisfied with their work and their professionalism.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the work, I am very pleased with Contract Exteriors! Ryan did the initial consultation with me, quickly sent me a detailed and professional quote, and followed up efficiently without being pushy. Chuck was my project manager, also very thorough and professional! The dumpster/porto-potty/supplies were delivered a day early. There were a few small things the construction crew didn't do to my standard, and when I texted them to Chuck, he responded quickly and came out and fixed them himself. The billing side of everything was simple and easy to complete online. The dumpster got picked up later than anticipated, but Chuck communicated with me about it properly. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication is key for me, and Contract Exteriors nailed it. I will absolutely refer them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Contract Exteriors for any siding job. The estimate was fair, the siding arrived promptly, the work began and ended on time, everything was documented with photos, and the people, including the crew who put up the siding, were great to work with.

The difference in my house looks remarkable, truly remarkable. Matt Kuzdrall was great, as my salesman, and Greg Roonan, the project manager.

The company did an excellent job in a timely manner in times of building boom, workers in short supply, and materials also in lagging, and or short supply, also. As in all building projects accidents may occur resulting in damage to screens, windows, fences, flower beds, etc. They are very diligent in pointing out these things and correcting them immediately at their expense. I did think the price was high, but you get what you pay for. I do believe I can look forward to decades of a quality finished Job. Greg Roonan, and Matt Kuzdrall are on the mark when it comes to balancing prep., disposal, construction, and clean up. Thumbs up Guys ! Looks great too, according to all of our neighbors . Good Job !
