We are open regular business hours and are currently accepting new project consultations. These consultations may be done virtually at the request of our homeowners.
I was immediately impressed with how thorough the company was with explaining exactly what work would be done on my home. I had many follow up questions that were answered immediately. The workers were polite and professional and always found time to answer my questions. I am very pleased with my siding and the quality of work that went into making my home beautiful.
They did high quality work replacing my roof and working with my insurance company to do so making the whole process easy from the initial quote to finishing the job. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again for other exterior projects as well!

Great job on a unique project where brick had to be taken off of our house from the second level and replaced with Hardie plank siding. Wil, the owner, is solid as a rock. And Kathleen in the office is etremely efficient for both the business and the customer, all while being incredibliy easy to work with throughout the process.

There were problems with the siding crew, who turned out to be one man by himself. There were more men at first when they were tearing off the old work. But then only one man did the installation by himself. I was pleased with his work, I just felt bad for him.
They treated me very well. Some of my neighbors weren't having a great experience at the same time as myself, but I guess it depends on who you got. I had a good project manager. I had very good rapport with him and the crew. I'm very happy with the job I got. I was pleased.

They were first class from the beginning to the end. They were well organized and professional. From the financial part to the actual project they were as nice as they can be. I could not ask for a better crew or a better company to work with.
Contract Exteriors did work on a vacation home, whose roof had been damaged while we were away. They not only provided prompt and reasonable scheduling and competitive pricing, they also went to my home and tarped the leaking portion of the roof until they could begin the replacement job. I appreciated their concern for my property.

The only problem was the job supervisor (Gage) did not show up at the start of the job. I was told he had the flu by the office staff. He should have called to let me know he would not make it. When I called to ask what happened I got a call back from Kathleen Morelli to inform me she would be right over and explained what happened to Gage. Kathleen worked with me and supervised the crew which were very hard working and experienced roofers. No other problems occurred and the roof looks great. The workers did a great job on cleanup also. I would recommend Contract Exteriors to anyone looking to put on a new roof.
