I asked for price quote for aluminum roof and signed the contract that specified to install aluminum roof. ConstructoMax took 30% down payment but didn't start the job after 5-6 weeks. This was back in October 2021. Their reason is that they were waiting for the shipment of materials. Then, they wanted to charge me additional $400 for wood used to repair the old plywood where the sales manager already saw and included in the quote. Now a couple of other contractors told me that my roof is not aluminum but metal. I put a piece of magnet and it does stick to my roof so it proves to be metal instead of aluminum, which I paid a higher price for. Very dishonest business practice.
