Everything I was told from the salesmen to the job site super was spot on. Big bonus, they told me they could start in 3 weeks due to being busy and rain delays. They called me 2 days later and started the job. COMPLETED IN 2 DAYS. Workmanship, communication , and clean up was flawless.

Working with the supervisor on the job was nonexistent. When I had a problem, they were slow to respond, and when we try to settle the final bill they were exorbitant. They tried to whip us saying that they'll take me to court and lien my property and I said fine, I was prepared to go to court, and I was prepared to pay them. What was in the contract was fourteen hundred, and we finally agreed because they knew they were on a fruitless effort, so I paid them in full, and they gave me a receipt. I got a nice letter from Mr. Collis saying thank you for the business. I'm hopeful my roof is going to be sound because the rain's going to start this weekend, but I was very, very, very disappointed in my treatment by Collis. The only bright spot was, a young salesman, I believe his name was JT. tall thin boy, good kid, but other than that, the service is nonexistent. And you know, you send a group of Hispanics here, and I'm sure they can speak English, but they won't speak English. They give you the no habla treatment, so you can't have any communication. You can't see how things are really going because they're obviously pretty good at their job, and they're like a whirling dervish. They just come and they get after it. So, I'm thinking and hoping and praying for fourteen thousand dollars, I got a sound roof, but Collis was very, very unprofessional in my opinion. They would follow the plans, put the necessary flashings and equipment. That's what's so disappointing, and the supervisor I had, had my job and another job in the villages. It doesn't make sense. He'd come here first thing in the morning, pat me on the head and leave. And I get a phone call from him asking how things are going. I don't know how things are going, because I can't get up on the roof. I'm eighty-four years old, and I am counting on him. So, that that got us off to a bad start and like I said, that's my big concern. I know the boys can shingle. Those Mexicans, this wasn't their first rodeo. They're good at it, but like anything, they're paid by the job, and they're paid to hustle and get it done, and I'm just hoping that the proper kick outs and everything were installed to make sure I don't have a leak, so I don't have to wind up in court with the Collis Roofing.

The crew was amazing, how they worked in unison without chattery, no loud music...it was hot but they came at it to 'do the job and get it done'.

They did a great job in helping us get back to normal in our house after the most recent hurricane put a tree through our roof. From fixing the roof, repairing drywall and ceiling for a room that had water damage, and repairing our gutters that were damaged, they provided all the expertise needed to get everything back in order and better than before. Appreciated their communication of the process, and the follow through of it there after. They did a great job and we're very happy to be back to normal in our home!
