Areas Of Satisfaction - The entire crew did a great job from providing a reasonable estimate and adjusting the estimate based on identified areas of further need to completing the job within a week and cleaning up afterwards. I received a phone call making sure I was completely happy with everything after the roof was installed and a warranty letter in the mail providing additional workmanship guarantees. Excellent job from start to finish!!

I had a little bit of a disagreement with them, but they solved it and they were nice about it. The roof looks good so far and everything seems to be really good.

I wanted Leaf Gaurd's and at first, they didn't put Leaf Guards on but I talked to Chris and everything was taken care of, he took care of me. Everybody was really nice to me

They did a great job on the roof but they were supposed to replace two screens. I have called three or four times but it hasn't been resolved yet. Also, one of the worker's foot went through the ceiling. They fixed the hole but I asked that they take $100 off the price so I could go out and buy paint to match the ceiling and repaint it all but they told me that they would take care of it themselves and paint it to which I agreed to but they haven't come back to paint it yet despite my attempts to reach out to them.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I'd like to thank the crew that came here fro. Orlando that rectified the mistakes made by the roofing crew , cleaned my neighbor's garden next door. And especially the great guys that took care of the gutters. They were awesome.

I was very happy with the service from the estimates, to the work that was done on the home.
Communication - They were very friendly and very forthright.
Value - There were a couple of cheaper contractors but I am satisfied that I went with Collis Roofing.
Recognized Excellence - I would recognize the estimator, Eddie Codes. He did great work right up until the end. He was very patient with my wife and I on the decision. He gave us great pricing and came out while they were doing the work to ensure we were satisfied. He did drop the ball with the gutters, but they made that up to me. We are not too upset with that .
Areas For Improvement - They could have improved on the timeframe from the estimate to the actual work. We would have liked it to be shorter, but that is a problem with the county and permitting.
