Cobblestone builds a quality home and they treat their clients like family. This home is my second Cobblestone build. When I was preparing to move back to mid-Michigan I went right to the Cobblestone website to see what was available.

Cobblestone is the premium home builder in the Tri City area. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is extraordinary.

So many details covered so well. Entire staff from top to bottom was as friendly and accommodating as they could be. Made the transition from a homeowner out of state to Midland as easy as could be.

This is the 3rd time I have had a home custom built. After the numerous problems with the first 2 homes (built by other builders), I was determined not to ever build again. Matt convinced me that it would not be that way with Cobblestone. He convinced me to build with Cobblestone. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. I wish I had made this decision years earlier. The selection process was smooth, the construction process was thoroughly explained, and the follow up has been consistent. the original feature and pricing sheet was hard to understand as it was too briefly described certain things, especially around appliance allowances (what is or is not an appliance), and pricing around change notices, which again was too briefly described

I find Cobblestone Homes very responsive. I have never found with a builder that I could reach out to someone and get an answer, but Cobblestone Homes does that.

All in all, Cobblestone did an amazing job. I've built four homes prior to this one, and Cobblestone far and away outperformed every other builder I've work with in the past. Their design and selection process is second to none. Their attention to detail and making things right is superb. All of this comes at a price, but it's a price well worth paying. I would highly recommend Cobblestone to anyone thinking of building a home.

Cobblestone homes listened to what we wanted with our budget and presented options to fit. Also presented ideas that we weren't aware of. The entire building process was very easy and enjoyable.

We currently own a Cobblestone home. We know the quality and talent the company is known for, and improved on over the years. We are still thrilled with our first Cobblestone home and know our next one will be loved as well.

I think they are good builders.

We were told upon meeting with sales that particular items were included in all Cobblestone homes. 9 ft walls in basement, heating bills that will be equal or less then $50. 00/ mo or Cobblestone pays the overage for the first 3 years. We have asked for paperwork to have on file in regard to this more than once. Have never received it.
