They switched ownership so I'm not sure how the new owners are so I give them a neutral three stars.

good crew excellent job

The team sent to our community were very professional and worked with the community. The tile roofs were very clean and since the Roof-A-Cide the tiles will not degrade due to constant power washing. We don't expect to see any issues with the cleanliness of the tiles for the next 30 months.

We used Coastal to coat the roofs and paint our mailboxes in our Home Owners Association
