I really wanted to give a good review because I’m happy with the closet. However after installation I wanted to purchase a couple more shelves. After repeated calls and emails I have been unsuccessful at getting someone to contact me. Very poor customer service.

The designer, Batel was great, but the installation less so.

Very efficient, professional and competent

Closet was installed but my lower hanging bars are too low and the installer said he was leaving me a few extra metal holders for the shelf. He never left those. He may have forgotten once he got to his truck. I reported this to customer service in addition to asking for another shelf to rearrange the right side of closet. It has been longer than 48 hrs and no one from customer service has contacted me. I'm losing confidence in Closet America Customer Service. Someone at least should have reached out to me by now to address my concerns.

my rep was very hard to get. everything was delayed because she was off work or sick but as a customer none of those issues should be mine. I finally got installed and called and text for an addition my rep finally answered and promised to send me a modified design and never has to this day after many follow up calls emails and texts.

We are repeat customers and will use them again if the need arises. Very happy with the experience.

The entire process was professionally managed and executed with good humor on schedule.

Would definitely recommend because of the professionalism, quality of work and craftsmanship of the materials.
