Project went smooth

I ordered and paid for silver clips on the rods. The installers didn’t have enough so they mixed the colors and told me someone will get back to me to set something up to get the ones that I ordered installed when I would be available for them to do it. No one from the company got back with me they dropped off the pieces for me to install myself. Remind you, I done paid around $7,000 for the closet and installation. I called customer service spoke to the manager and he told me he couldn’t credit me any of my money back, but he could give me $100 gift card. I felt terrible and insulted. The in home salesman was excellent he was knowledgeable about the business and was very professional. The closest still came out beautiful, you all just really need to work on your customer service

Every step was excellent. Great explanation, everyone we worked with was super professional and detail oriented. The finished product is just gorgeous, and fits perfectly in the space.

The product that was installed brand new had chips all in it. The amount of money paid and it being brand new and news disappointed that it was all chipped up!

Quality issues and a design that was not conducive to the space so that it has to changed. Although Closet America is willing to change it, they want me to pay for the changes. They created the issue so why should I have to pay.

I am disappointed because the measurements I was shown were not the same on two of my shelving units. When I complained they told me I could get measurements I thought I was supposed to get but it would cost me. I don't think that was fair.

The cost was very high for what we received, the installation was problematic, and the down payment was unrefundable so we had not choice but to proceed with the project.

It came out just as I imagined.

I had a little bit of a Frustrating experience so when I’m telling someone about it, they don’t like the back-and-forth or the ideal that you can’t make adjustments to the shelves to change the space. You should have the option of changing it whenever you need it to Accommodate that period of time in your life.

I would definitely recommend because of the quality of the work; but not sure if people would be willing to spend that much money.

Just the cost is what’s not good I still think that it’s over priced

Closet America did an amazing job installing my closets. The process was easy and I love the finished product.

Closet America is my go to vendor for various installations. They’re great to work with. We’ve used them two years in a row in the master bedroom and now the laundry room.

Closet America has installed product for us three different times. Each time, Katie was our sales person, and we are very impressed with her. She is very friendly, and has an innate ability to identify how to make the best use of space for our needs. Install teams have been very professional, courteous, and efficient. We would not hesitate to have Closet America install product for us in the future.

I was nervous at first, didn’t like the first 3D design, then after a few tweaks we agreed on the fourth design. The sales rep and I both thought about the final tweak at the same time and it was at that point I knew I was satisfied.

On installation day, I grew even more nervous because I’m usually hesitant to long-term change. When he brought the drawing to life during the installation, I felt like I lost space due to all the panels etc. However, I actually gained soooo much space. Both the sales rep and the installation guy told me I would gain space but I didn’t believe them. Now I do. Just trust the process. It was well worth it!

Overall, don’t settle, review the drawings until you’re happy. Then re-review again after the down payment because after the grace period, the design is set.

The good thing about the system, it’s sturdy but flexible for changes but to avoid too much cost, review everything upfront.

I love my new closet. Just wish I was told about the option to paint the rough patches and to add accessories. The clothes now hide the rough patches but would have been nice to have it repainted. Additionally, for the accessories, I have a dead corner space that I could have hung belts, bags, scarves etc.

Good quality and workmanship

This is my third closet project with Closet America! It’s local and I didn’t care about the price as I believe in American Made and Made in America. I’m aware parts and supplies are probably shipped in, but the customization from my understanding is made locally in Maryland. So sick of companies shipping jobs outside claiming costs savings but eventually nobody will be able to afford your product if you want to pay people pennies! So hands down if you speak to a representative it isn’t a bot and they live in the USA! This goes a long way with me.

The technician was very polite and very informative. The process was explained and every aspect of the installment was clearly explained. Job was done in a timely manner and all trash was picked up and place in proper trash containers.
I was very pleased with the results.
