I ordered and paid for silver clips on the rods. The installers didn’t have enough so they mixed the colors and told me someone will get back to me to set something up to get the ones that I ordered installed when I would be available for them to do it. No one from the company got back with me they dropped off the pieces for me to install myself. Remind you, I done paid around $7,000 for the closet and installation. I called customer service spoke to the manager and he told me he couldn’t credit me any of my money back, but he could give me $100 gift card. I felt terrible and insulted. The in home salesman was excellent he was knowledgeable about the business and was very professional. The closest still came out beautiful, you all just really need to work on your customer service

The initial process didn't leave a good impression from the door to door solicitation and the radio silence when I tried to cancel my contract. It took almost a year to resolve considering I'd paid a deposit.

My designer Timothy Gray was awesome! He put a design together based on my the current design, I had at the time and made it fantastic. This is the fourth install that closet America has done for me. I have always been pleased. Two walk in and two reach in closets.

Measurements & 3-D rendering were game changing. Sales rep, Tim, was also fantastic. Outcome was done in about 3 hours from start to finish.

Every step was excellent. Great explanation, everyone we worked with was super professional and detail oriented. The finished product is just gorgeous, and fits perfectly in the space.

Measured wrong for space

We are unhappy with the outcome of the cabinet we ordered, which does not fit in the space. We ordered from Closet America a cabinet that would fit into an unusual-sized area. The cabinet is two inches short and does not fit in the space, leaving a gap. We gave our sales rep the correct information for our granite installer, who helped us with the measurement after installing the granite in the bathroom. This is unacceptable for the amount of money we put into this cabinet, for it not to fit.

My only complaint with the closet layout was that the installer was given the wrong screws for the installation and now they are going to have to come back to make the correction.

The product that was installed brand new had chips all in it. The amount of money paid and it being brand new and news disappointed that it was all chipped up!

Very nice and sturdy product

Just about everything was great. A small glitch after we signed but it was fixed immediately. The sale and design was fantastic and the work was done very professionally. A great experience from beginning to end to end.

We truly like the ease of use for the whole process. The consistent look of quality spaces throughout our house is what keeps us contracting Closet America to finish more and more of the spaces in our home. We are already planning another closet.

Such a game-changer! Closet America Virginia turned my tiny, chaotic reach-in closet into a sleek, super-functional space that somehow holds three times more. From start to finish, the experience was seamless—Ms Gonzalez, the design expert, was incredibly professional, patient with my vague ideas, and full of practical solutions that I never could have imagined. The installer was just as impressive, building a beautiful closet quickly (and with good humor, despite my overly friendly dogs). Mornings are now a breeze, and I genuinely wish I’d done this years ago. Can’t wait to tackle the next one!

I really wanted to give a good review because I’m happy with the closet. However after installation I wanted to purchase a couple more shelves. After repeated calls and emails I have been unsuccessful at getting someone to contact me. Very poor customer service.

The designer and installation were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Quality issues and a design that was not conducive to the space so that it has to changed. Although Closet America is willing to change it, they want me to pay for the changes. They created the issue so why should I have to pay.

The designer, Batel was great, but the installation less so.

Every step of the experience was handled thoughtfully with attention to my needs. The entire team did a great job of making me feel like a valued customer.
