I am in love with my new closet!! It is gorgeous and everything I dreamed it would be. Installation was smooth and one day!! I am amazed and very happy. A couple of adjustments to meet the plan we came up with but the company is handling it quickly and easily. I highly recommend this company.

The process was very quick and easy. I called and was able to get a designer out to my house the same day. The designer was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. He was able to design an area (the office) that was exactly what we needed. The installation process was also seamless. The installation was finished within 4 hrs and the installer made sure we were content before he left.

The installation team was wonderful, however, the rest of the process was frustrating. One of our closets was not built per our request and the solutions to fix the problem were worse than just settling for the error. Although it's a "local" company, every phone call I received from the company came from a different, usually out of state, phone number - I don't answer phone calls from unknown numbers so it was constant phone tag...

This is my third closet project with Closet America! It’s local and I didn’t care about the price as I believe in American Made and Made in America. I’m aware parts and supplies are probably shipped in, but the customization from my understanding is made locally in Maryland. So sick of companies shipping jobs outside claiming costs savings but eventually nobody will be able to afford your product if you want to pay people pennies! So hands down if you speak to a representative it isn’t a bot and they live in the USA! This goes a long way with me.

Everything from the consult to the execution of the work was professional and well done. The office team kept us informed and the instal team was on time and made sure any mess they made was tidied up and handled before they even showed us the completed work.

They give an excellent product if you want flexibility. They even give you 1 transfer of ownership if you sell your home. Overall good quality and customer service great.

We love our new closet and entertainment center! They’re better than we anticipated and our experience from beginning to end was seamless. Jamie was so patient and helpful throughout the process and I look forward to inviting her back to design solutions for other areas of our home!
