It was a pleasure knowing that they do great work, in a timely matter, and take most of the work away from us, as picking out fixtures, appliances, flooring, painting, etc. We had less work put on ourself. Susy West did a great job on helping us with our selections. A lot of the choices we did right there in their office. We can not thank them enforcement their honestly, and workmanship that they did on our kitchen remodeling.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The planning process went smoothly. The employees were friendly, worked well, and had the knowledge necessary to complete the tasks involved. They dealt well with a couple of unforeseen issues. The quality of their work is excellent. This was a small job by most standards but we were uncomfortable with the idea of coordinating a number of different aspects of the job. Clemleddy's staff handled that all for us!

Additional Comments - We are very pleased and happy with the upgrades to our kitchen! New counter, flooring, crown molding, and cabinet knobs make it look like we replaced the whole kitchen!

Clemleddy pointed out problems that needed to be fixed, and worked with us as our vision and ideas evolved. With any remodel or new build, their is always change along the way, as you start to see the changes, and think of other features you may have forgot. We appreciated that Clemleddy, worked with us to create a home that is safe, and well built. It is so nice to work with a builder that is proud of their work and takes great pride in their craft.

We could not have created our dream kitchen and master bath without her insights and recommendations.

The carpenter and project manager were the key resources that delivered the quality job in the promised timeframe. I would use Clemleddy again and recommend them to others without reservation. Areas Of Satisfaction - Kitchen renovation is spectacular in quality and workmanship. Area was kept clean as well as the entire house. Very little dust despite there being a complete gutting of the old kitchen. Contractor was an effective advisor, consultant, and advocate during the project. Clemleddy staff closely monitored contractor work and worked with us and the sub contractors to come up wity creative and attractive solutions to probkems encountered consequent to the renovation. Great people and great job! We had new garage doors installed and absolutely love them. The installer was efficient, maintained a clean area and did a great job.

Areas Of Satisfaction - After doing an excellent job of installing a new roof on our home, a tree hit our roof during Superstorm Sandy. Clemleddy came to our home in the rain, arranged to have the tree removed and spent hours ensuring tree removal. They then covered the damage to the roof with a tarp, thus avoiding further interior damage to our home. They then worked with our insurance company and adjuster to ensure the repairs were complete, ensuring our home was put back to it's pre-damage condition. This displays their dedication to their customers and their admirable work ethic.

Additional Comments - In a small town like Hawley, PA it is absolutely wonderful to find such a knowledgeable and professional group. Their office is easy to find and a pleasant environment. The leadership team sets a standard that is followed by the always helpful and capable office staff as well as the on-site work team about whom we cannot say enough good things. The team worked through some very cold and unpleasant weather due to insurance company delays, but they never complained. They are wonderful.

I really liked that they we didn't go shopping at Home Depot, but they took us to the local businesses in the area. Their communication was great, Ryan would answer our emails timely, and there was a very open communication regarding any questions.
