Overall, the convertible product looks like it will function as advertised. Installer installed the wrong product initially, so I’m hoping that the correct product he eventually installed performs well. Teach your installers how to run a caulk bead. The finished product (caulk) looks horrible, which detracts from the overall aesthetic. And not sure if this is SOP for you guys, but the installer also left a 50lb bag of trash for me to wrestle to the curb.

Our installer, Emanuel, was punctual & very efficient. The only problem that we have is the removal of the silicone left behind with the removal of the sliding Bath tub doors.

The staff was friendly, professional and understood my safety concerns. The price was reasonable and affordable on a fixed budget. I can now get in and out of the bathtub without the fear of falling. Highly recommend .

You have a really great business model going on here and really great employees. Had sent an email complimenting Jhonathan saying I would steal him for my Call Center if he lived on Long Island. I run a Call Center for an Internet Bank and my standards for customer service are extremely high. To make things even better, I am in the middle of construction in the house, my 83 year old mom has decided to move in with me, and with all the money I am laying out doing all the renovations this really a great affordable alternative to redoing my bathroom.

The installer arrived early and went right to work. He was informative, friendly, and efficient. We are very satisfied with the initial inquiry, the installation and like the product very much. It woks well for us, as advertised.

We are very pleased with our CleanCut bath. Our installer James was punctual, courteous, efficient, skillful and cleaned up perfectly. We are very happy with our decision to use CleanCut and highly recommend them.

After a quote of $16,000 complete bath remodel, this was a God send! Getting older, polio & falling in tub. Just needed a pass thru to tub. Didn't get closure, we have another bath if someone wants a bath. Me - shower! Didn't know anything like this was available. And neither did a lot of my friends.

I am very pleased with product and install, everything went great, it is true that it only takes about 2hrs to install, the gentleman who came on a friday night arrived around 7pm and was gone by 9pm, job was complete and looks great, and works great for me. This product saved me thousands over a whole bath tear out and redo!!!
