We met with Branson and he explained what work needed to be done and when and how it would be done. Branson owned the job and he made sure everything was completed, All the contractors were very professional and did excellent work.

I am happy with the workmanship and roofing crew. I am unhappy that we were told one price by the salesman on 3 separate occasions and then charged another after the insurance paid out. The office changed the invoice at least 3 times and when I complained to the salesman and then management, there was no concession at all. I feel like we were just told whatever so we would award the job to CLC. Honestly, I liked the salesman. Whether he was deceiving us or just misinformed, management should have made it right.

After this experience, I couldn't imagine going with another roofing company. Professional, strong work ethic, and finished the job in 1.5 days. Yard was combed for any nails and any lingering trash was picked up. In addition, the supplement work/expenses were itemized, pictures taken and they worked diligently with my insurance company to ensure that all expenses were covered. Would highly recommend.
