My experience with CLC Roofing was fantastic. We had a problem with an insurance claim, and they walked us through it. The work they did on the claim was more extensive than what many companies would do. They weren't the whole nine yards.

Nick the rep made things so easy and less stressful and the roof looks great.

Daniel is phenomenal. We are so glad that we had developed a relationship with him even before we knew we are goingt to have hail damage years later.

Jill was hands on handling our claim! She made sure all the damages were clearly documented and presented to the insurance company. CLC staff went back numerous times with the supplement till they got everything approved. Fantastic experience!!

CLC Roofing was quick to respond to my replacement roof needs as I was selling my house and time was of the essence. They were quick to come by the house and submit a quote. After quote was accepted they were there in two days, completing the work as promised.

The cleanup was not the greatest. Large rocks were moved to anchor pool cover and were left on pool deck. Party lights were broken.

Their attitude was to support my family.

Overall CLC did a very good job. They were very helpful in working with the insurance company.

Not based on the experience I had with CLC. CLC has an opportunity to greatly improve it's project management, project execution and customer communications, plus it's final fee collection strategy is a mess!

I am happy with the workmanship and roofing crew. I am unhappy that we were told one price by the salesman on 3 separate occasions and then charged another after the insurance paid out. The office changed the invoice at least 3 times and when I complained to the salesman and then management, there was no concession at all. I feel like we were just told whatever so we would award the job to CLC. Honestly, I liked the salesman. Whether he was deceiving us or just misinformed, management should have made it right.

After this experience, I couldn't imagine going with another roofing company. Professional, strong work ethic, and finished the job in 1.5 days. Yard was combed for any nails and any lingering trash was picked up. In addition, the supplement work/expenses were itemized, pictures taken and they worked diligently with my insurance company to ensure that all expenses were covered. Would highly recommend.
