For the cost of the work, the quality didn't exactly match expectations. Biggest issues of all things, were painting prep and actual painting. Additionally, the plan and execution around flooring (kept 30yr old subfloor in place). Finally, the sloping floor and ceiling. It's very noticeable to me every day. It's actually frustrating. I have to advise others that these are possibilities. So they would need to be very close to the project on a daily basis which is opposite of the company's business model.

Cipriani did my kitchen in 2021 and now my sunroom in 2025. They are accurate, efficient and work hard to make sure everything is complete to your satisfaction. I have recommended them to my friends!

Cipriani's work is always perfect. From planning to execution, they have a very, very precise system that produces exceptional results. I constantly hear horror stories about other contractors. I have never heard of an unhappy Cipriani customer. You can find cheaper contractors, but not better ones. The customer gets a 50-page binder that spells out every step of the project and every item that will be installed. There is never any doubt about what will happen on each step of the project.

Cipriani remodeling did a fabulous job on our kitchen. Michele helped us pick out everything from cabinets, to flooring, tiles to light fixtures and the kitchen sink. Nick communicated regularly and our project was completed on schedule.

I believe the cost of Cipriani makes it prohibitive for many people. If I were to recommend Cipriani I would feel compelled to mention that they need to be prepared for the price to be on the high side.

I would (and have) recommended Cipriani to others but caveat it noting the high cost.

Although you will read negative comments, we highly recommend Cipriani. As the project progressed, we learned to trust them to finish the job and discovered their satisfaction was our satisfaction.

This was the first project where I hired a company to do the design and construction from start to finish, I usually handled the design, hiring each professional, ordering the supplies/fixtures etc. etc. That process never goes smoothly and can be very overwhelming and frustrating throughout the construction. They handled all of that and every issue that came along, and Tamara helped with the design.....this did come at a cost that I had a hard time swallowing but in the end it turned out beautiful, and I know it is all done correctly....for my own peace of mind, I trusted the team and with little stress, anxiety and frustration on my part it all worked out.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of effort the on-site crew went to, to keep the construction dust and debris to a minimum. My neighbors remarked at how clean Cipriani kept the job site clean outside on my property. Everyday the site was cleaned up and any construction material outside was left organized and covered.

Respectful - Cipriani staff and their trade partners were extremely respectful and I really enjoyed being a part of the project as it was implemented. Even something as simple as listening to music on the job site, the person would ask permission before they would turn on a radio. If someone came in on the part of the house that wasn't under construction, they would either take their shoes off or cover their shoes with the floor protection shoe covers.

Communication - Communication is where Cipriani excels. No question went unanswered. I could ask any question from any Cipriani team member or a trade partner and they were happy to answer or provide feedback.

Quality Of Materials - I am so happy with the addition, new Provia windows, and kitchen. Cipriani went above and beyond to match my house siding color and roof color and materials. However the smallest detail gets the most attention and that is the round bead that was used around the windows and door ways. I have had so many people comment on the round bead and what a classy statement it makes for the remodel.

I am the lucky recipient of some beautiful crown moulding in my kitchen, round bead through out the house, custom window sills, an exquisite barn door and so many other features that now make my home personalized to my needs now and in the future. Having heard horror stories from family and friends for years about remodeling projects, Cipriani clearly dispelled all of our fears. They coordinated every aspect of the project. Outside contractors were on time, supervised and adhered to Cipriani standards. Most appreciated was their attention to dust abatement. We were able to live in our bedroom while the master bathroom and master closet were demolished and then rebuilt.

Additional Comments - This is our second project completed by Cipriani. Our first project was the addition of a second story onto our rancher. The project took four months from start to finish. What an accomplishment! We were thrilled! Our second project included updating our kitchen, and bathroom downstairs! Both projects were absolutely amazing. Can't wait to start our third project...Our laundry room!
