Unfortunately I had a plumbing issue which meant no water came out the first time I tried using my brand new shower. Water had spilled into my neighbor’s condo unit downstairs as a result. While Pacific Bath ultimately did a good job correcting the situation, it caused quite a bit of stress and took the excitement away of getting my new shower. My neighbor was looking to get her shower done and as a result of this, I could not recommend Pacific Bath to her.

The design that we originally picked out had to be changed due to the worker saying a full panel couldn't fit the back wall. We also chose a permanent shower rod but the guy didn't install it and installed a regular shower rod. The price of the project remained the same which was disappointing after the changes.

The work was excellent. But we got left with a bathroom vent that needed replacing. Also a hole in our 1st floor ceiling. Both uncomfortable situations.

I am very satisfied with my shower, it is beautiful.

No follow-up call was made. The work was left unfinished because the top wasn’t sealed. I wasn’t told it would be unsealed. I had to call to ask, only to be told it would need to be painted first before they could seal it. This should have been explained up front.

The lifetime warranty was a major factor in our final decision.

From start to finish the project was handled very professionally. The install crew were very knowledgable, respectful and tidy.

The products themselves are excellent, the non-plastic material of the walls, the way the corner pieces are made, the quality and convenience of the double shower head, the fold up seat and the fact that it's so well made it can hold the weight of someone 3 times my size, were all of the highest quality. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my husband will be safe, that he won't trip stepping over the side of a tub, and that if he were to slip, the grab bars would hold him and the safety that the seat affords are unparalleled. The install team, Ted, Rich, Danny and Manny, were incredible and just so far above average, it's hard to put into words without sounding insincere. They excelled in every way and made the process quick, easy, and convenient. I didn't even have to clean when they left.

We have an old house. The installation was a little more complicated than some, but Chris and his team did a beautiful job and kept us well informed every step of the way.
