could not have asked for a better team (Teddy and team ) to install our shower. They did a wonderful job. They were so pleasant, fast, and incredibly clean. There was no damage to our walls despite having to lug really heavy materials upstairs. Teddy was able to adjust a back panel which did not fit through the door so that a seam was not visible through the shower door and we are very happy with the results .

We are satisfied with the overall installation and quality of the shower. However when we tell friends or family how much we paid for it they are surprised at how much it cost. Are response is we felt the cost was high but the overall quality and installation was good so we justified the expense.

I am so happy and very pleased with the service from the beginning with my project manager Alexis. She was professional kind and patient with me. She made herself available for all my questions and concerns. She organized everything from getting permits to scheduling my crew. Her communication skills were excellent. She also kept me updated regularly as to the progress of my project. Alexis you are a gem, and I say thank you very much! My crew Eric and Oscar were the best! They showed respect and kindness to me, my fur babies and my home. I am a visually impaired disabled senior and these gentlemen made sure that my home was protected and they guarded my steps. They made sure that I was safe throughout the entire renovation. Their work ethics were admirable. They were always on time and let me know each morning with a phone call there eta. Time was taken to answer my questions and show me the steps they were taking. My finished product is absolutely beautiful! It's stunning! The onsight plumber Eric, was his name also, was fantastic as well. Questions answered always with a smile and clear explanations. Too expensive!! Great product but it was not with the price tag

The installers were very professional. They cleaned up at the end of the day. And asked during the project questions to make sure everything was correct.

Last week, Pacific Bath Company completed our shower renovation, and my wife and I cannot speak highly enough about their services — particularly the installer, Roman. His professionalism was truly impeccable, demonstrating great attention to detail and ensuring every aspect of the installation was flawless. He kept me in the loop on his progress the entire time and requested input regarding certain things (the height of the wall panels, the position of the shelving inset) exactly when and as needed.

The quality of the work delivered exceeded my expectations, and the product itself is outstanding. The shower walls take up so much less space now than the plastic surround that came with the house. They seem VERY durable, are absolutely stunning visually, and fit aesthetically into the space perfectly. The Kohler doors and hardware also are perfect in every way. We love it. The bathroom now looks fantastic — exactly as we envisioned it. While the project was a bit on the pricier side, it was worth every penny for the level of craftsmanship and quality received.

Drew, the salesperson that came to see us first, also did a fantastic job explaining the whole process, setting expectations and was very knowledgeable, providing recommendations and helping us to select the best product and financing for us.

The total project took 33 days from contract signing to completion of my tub to shower conversion. Installers Plumbers and Electricians were knowledgeable and very efficient at completing their aspects of the project. I would recommend You use the services of Pacific Bath!

I was amazed that they could get this job done in two days and still provide the level of quality that I’m seeing. In addition to removing the old shower,l they had to do some framing and some drywall and they had to do plumbing and they had to fix my drain which was very malodorous.

Every aspect of my experience with Pacific Bath - meeting with the salesperson, communicating with customer service, and installing my shower - was excellent. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Discoloration of the calking
I am concerned that the caulking on the floor under the teak seat has discolored to a pink. There is no discoloration of the caulking in any other area of the shower. I tried a Mr. Clean magic sponge to clean it, but, the discoloration remained. Is this something that I should expect or is there a cleaner you can recommend to remove this pink color? Thank you for your time.

We haven't tried the shower yet, as our bathroom is still being remodeled. Our experience with the price and sales tactics was very questionable. Right now, we are just trusting that it was worth the money because of the Kohler name, but we still feel like we paid way too much for it.

Pacific Bath demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of its business, from initial contact to completion of the project. We are very happy with the Kohler design and quality.
