LOVE our finished product. The crew that built the room was phenomenal. Kind, caring, high quality work. Communication, timeliness, and concern from local team could be improved.

Not completely impressed, not sure we got the pricing as advertised and install was a little rough.

Champion Windows makes a quality product and while the price is a little higher than I would want to pay, the product options and design make it worth the extra spent.

You took 6 mos to install 5 windows. After many calls allI received was lies, empty promises and apolygies and of course claims that it`s not my fault

If anyone asks us who did our room, we will recommend Champion.

Frankly. I fell like 10,000 is probably too much for 4 small windows.. considering it was 50% off that is like a regular price of 5,000 each.. I should have shopped around.

The sales pitch was great. It didn’t take very long for our order to come in. On our install day, naturally, we had a few questions as we received no preparation instructions. The lead installer was not very personable. He seemed more annoyed by our questions and was very short with us. Once the install was complete he eagerly handed us the paperwork to sign without doing a walkthrough. When we asked for the walkthrough again, he seemed irritated. There was one screen with a tear in it and they did replace it but reluctantly. We had questions about the cuts of the framing on some of the windows and weren’t given any explanation. For what we paid for these windows I expected way better service.

I absolutely loved the sales man that brought out. Very informative and great basic conversation outside of just trying to sell is stuff. Company was great at keeping us informed about what process our windows where in to get ready for install. Install was easy and they didn't make a hug l huge mess. Loved this company and can't wait to get more windows done

They very disorganised. They scheduled appoints on the phone with me and never showed up. When I spoke to the person who was supposed to come. He said no one told him. So I wasted a day.

Trim was sticky plastic rollout tape with a 2 year warentee after 2 years U have to replace the tape at you have to pay for on a 5400..00 2 window

The process from start to finish was extremely smooth. Wendy in the office, got the salesman out in a timely manner. Kevin was able to provide us information on the windows we needed and helped us get our order started. Once the windows were ready, Wendy got the installation scheduled and Matt came out to finish the job. Matt was very through, he placed tarps on the floors so when he did his job, the mess was minimal. He was pleasant, precise, knew what needed to be done and got the job done. Everything looks very nice!

I would suggest any of my friends or associates to consider Champion Windows for any projects that they mention or that they may inquire about.

The entire experience was very pleasant! Archive was very professional and helpful. I ended up moving in the middle of the process, Archie handled the transfer and came to my new property to design a four seasons room that fit perfectly.

The windows were initially measured wrong and built too big and had to be measured again and built again. The contract was signed in Sept and still aren't finished. One of them was cracked when it was installed in Feb and still waiting on it's replacement in May. Two windows that were arched couldn't be built and another window couldn't be built that was just a square window. The total process is probably going to take 9 months.

Excellent quality.

We were promised the window installed in our game room would match exactly with the existing window. IT DID NOT, but was installed without being checked by the installers or the supervisor. WE HAD TO PURCHASE another to get a matching pair. Even though the sales representative assured us initially they would match, the company did not back her guarantee.

There were other disappointing issues that arose, but the company refused to work with us to alleviate the cost of the 4th window purchased when we originally contracted for three. The one person who applied “true customer service” was an African-American named Spencer from the local office.

Due to the unpleasant experience with this project, I will NEVER consider Champion. Windows nor will I recommend same.

Seems to be very high-quality I will know more when the winter months hit and the high heat this summer

It took 3 months after I signed the contract for my sunroom to be built that's my only dissatisfaction so far.

I was lied to either directly or by omission in a couple of instances. First, the salesperson lied to me by omission by not telling me that the windows I needed to replace were Champion windows. The windows I replaced are EXACT replicas of the new windows. I only bought my home Sept, 2024 and have no idea how old the previous windows were. However, they had mold in the tracks and at the seams where the windows meet and frosted up on the inside whenever it was extremely cold. It appears they hadn't been maintained but since your windows are "guaranteed" for life, I'm not sure I would have purchased new ones. I was lied to directly by the person setting up the installation as he said he was scheduling extra people. He told me it would only take them 4 - 5 hours. Only 2 people showed up and it took them 2 days. The people who installed the windows worked steadily but didn't clean up after themselves inside. They didn't lay tarps or drop cloths on the ground outside to catch the vinyl pieces that broke off from the windows they removed and left without cleaning up that mess. They installed the screens incorrectly on 6 windows (they didn't fit tight to the window so there were gaps to allow bugs in) and installed one screen with a 3 1/2 gash in it. The only saving grace in all of this was the service agent (Khandice) who responded immediately to my initial review and complaints about the screens, empathized with my frustration and anger, and scheduled service within a week. The service tech who came out reoriented the screens correctly and repaired the ripped screen. He did the best he could with vacuuming up the small vinyl pieces but couldn't get all of them out of the mulched areas. We'll see what's going to be done to correct this.

I have already recommended Champion to a friend. The Windows are high quality and the warranty covers everything. I've noticed that the air conditioner is running less often and that the temperature stays at the temperature on the thermostat. I can't wait to see how they do during the 100° summer weather.

Love the all season room

Salesman did not emphasize how GREEN the tint on these windows are. Also did not emphasize that since all UV is blocked, any plants you have will die. I am not happy with the product but realize I am stuck. The windows themselves seem to be an OK product. They are also EXTREMELY expensive.

On time worked hard and when done had top quality doors and windows

They do not have any regards for your property. The crew was very sloppy. They left window sealant all over my wood floor, stained concrete patio, sidewalk and rood shingles. They also scratched the paint on my floor trim if front of every window. The also put either their tool bag or something on the lid of my newly installed toilet and left the toilet seal all scratched up. I had to clean the floor and patio myself. I also needed to talk to Garrett the installation manager and left 2 massages and a text, he did not bother to return my call. I guess spending $34,000 doesn't mean much to them.

I believe that I was overcharged for the project. I was charged $12,000 to remove and install 3 new panels. Finally only 1 panel was removed and reinstalled and I was charged $10,000. ($10,000 to remove and install 1 panel). After 1 month I’m still trying to get back my refund ($2,000)

Our door was delayed because the door broke in transit. I had paid the day of install payment But then it was canceled and they did not refund that money so I sat there having paid 90% for a door that I had not yet received or even if I was going to get it . I did not get a good reply from customer service or any reply at all about the money. From order to installation, it was almost 6 months which is way longer than we expected. The installation job itself turned out not as expected because the person who measured the door measured the wrong height, and our door was too small by two inches so they filled it in with white frame fillers, and it looks kind of icky. But after six months, what am I gonna do? I need a door.
Would not recommend if you are looking for a company with speedy excellent service and communication. It was a however a budget friendly option. So 2 stars
