Great experience. Love our new windows.

I already have recommended Champion to a co-worker, but I do not want to give his information to Champion without his consent.

Happy with the product, so far. Since completion date (early January) was many months beyond the projected dates given by the sales person, we will see once spring and summer arrives.

Installation was poorly done and getting anyone to return a phone call or attempt to resolve the issue has been an unreasonable amount of work.

Please see comments below about the gaps in the seal of the installed door. Also see comments about the warranty trip charge.

I think the product is good. But the process has not been good

Will not refer until I feel my feedback has been heard. Will not commit to replacing the rest of my windows until Champion windows shows me a commitment to value — this project should have been discounted due to error in measurement, but I haven’t heard been connected with anyone willing to help. The CI-team I spoke with on the phone claimed they’d leave notes for the local manager, but I’m doubtful that’ll pan out because scheduling the re-install was so poorly communicated until the last minute after much pestering from me. The installers themselves were excellent and clearly communicated.

Just seems overpriced but quality is good

Sales experience was good. Scheduling and install experiences were not.

Champions is great work, great quality, great staff and great price. I was happy with how our sunroom turned out, and ended up being at least $20k cheaper than other big patio installation companies you see advertising a lot. They even installed our sunroom in winter, when it was 10-20 degrees outside. From sales to production to instal, all employees were amazing, fast, nice and efficient. We need our windows replaced in the next 5 years and I will absolutely be reaching out to Champions

not at this point in time. claim hasn't been resolved and i cant recommend champion for that. Slow replies.

While not the least expensive choice, our windows couldn't have been a better choice. The quality is high throughout, delivery time was even a bit shorter than expected, and the installation crew did quality work quickly and was professional.

Window quality to to expectations

They provided very poor communication on top of a lot of other things.

Windows were wrong size so a lot of additional work had to be done and I was told at my initial meeting that if any work was to be done Champion would ensure my home was returned to the condition it was in upon completion of work. I just had my house stuccoed and painted a few months ago, Champion did not complete all the work. Work a bit sloppy, nail sticking out of the wall therefore not allowing trim to sit properly so large amounts of caulk used to fill in the gaps.

Excellent customer service, product and installation.

At this point, I will not recommend Champion to anyone. There have been many disappointing aspects to the experience we've had, although, the project is not yet complete. I would, however, recommend the carpenter and electricians that were sub-contracted.

The installation crew took their time and did an excellent job.

From start to finish it was a great experience. The sales team was super friendly and knowledgeable, the manufacturing got done earlier than estimated, and the installation crew was fast, professional, and great at what they do. I am happy with the product and the service.

I would recommend Champion Windows. They had a couple of problems with installation and resolved them quickly. All companies can make a mistake but how they respond is the measure to me.

Since my windows were installed within the last week, I haven't had time to ensure they don't leak. The installers were very professional and did a great job installing the windows promptly. They cleaned up very well also.

Absolute worst customer service from regional level management. Almost 6month to get installed.
