The guy who did the installation went out of his way. The only issue I had was with the salesman. She would never call me back. There are also other errors that have not been fixed. The company has done a lot of work for us. They put in my sunroom and some other things, and they did a good job.
The installation was fast and professionally done. We are extremely satisfied with the product.
It took nearly a year to receive my product, and nine trips to my house to complete the installation.

My sunroom is leaking. When they came back to do the deck, some of the material is stuck in the siding and no one got back to me to fix it.
The windows are great, but the installation was not so great. One window makes noise and the door is too short. They had to raise the doorstep, so you won't trip on it. I haven't heard from them, and they were supposed to come to repair the doorstep. It is frustrating to keep on top of them instead of having them take care of business.
They did an excellent job installing the windows, cleaning up and keeping things neat around the workspace.
My first dealing with Champion was great. This last time around it took 8 months to have a sliding patio door installed.
We are not ready to refer at this time due to issues yet to be resolved.
I am not likely to recommend Champion Windows of Atlanta to a friend. They didn't show up for the first appointment. It was a no call, no show. They rescheduled for the next day. They showed up without any supplies needed for the project. There were two guys who came. They spoke no English, but only spoke Portuguese. The one doing the work was extremely difficult. I talked to the salesman at the time of purchase about the frame rotting around the glass door. I said to make sure they bring the supplies with them. I called a second time to make sure they knew, but they showed up with no supplies. The man argued and said he wasn't going to do it. They took four in a half hours to complete the job. They were unprofessional. When he was finished, he said, “There it's finished.” I looked and saw it wasn't finished. It was not leveled. After he remeasured it, he found out, and he had to undo it. That's an example of how the installation was horrible. The amount of money I paid, I should be been giving a discount on siding job. The other job was pending. It is very expensive. I didn't want them to do that after the door.
They overcharged me and, three months later, the issue still has not been resolved. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and no one is responding to voicemails. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
We have been waiting for a door that we thought would be done before our sunroom.
They were very thorough. I'm very impressed with how thorough they were, the quality of the windows being replaced, and the work they did - all in such a quick, timely manner.

We had the appointment during the snowstorm, and they rescheduled. The man that did the work was fantastic. We were expecting the work in June, and they let us know they would come earlier. The crew was fantastic and got it one in one day. There was an issue with a windows that they submitted the documents for, and it was a smooth process.
They were nice windows, but a little expensive.
no communication or concern about project
This has been an awful experience. We have called several times about the holes, missing caulking, and general ugliness left behind from the installation of our bay window. We are still missing screens for the windows. We ordered 3 doors ($14,000)in October 2021 and have never heard back if/when they would be installed. We are concerned if they are ever installed that they will be installed correctly based on the window. We had planned on ordering windows for our whole house in the fall—almost $30,000 worth, but will need to find another company.
If anyone I know needs new windows I will definitely recommend Champion Windows.

This was the easiest installation we've had on our house. From the first consultation to the installation of the finished product, which we are very pleased with, the whole process was smooth and professional. We were kept very well informed throughout the process of what to expect, what we were getting & when, which was such a relief after dealing with other companies during the pandemic. We would highly recommend Champion to anyone. We are very happy with our new windows!
Champion Windows has always been great, and I have used it to replace almost all of the windows in my home. I had windows replaced in November 2021. It is now May 2022, and I am still waiting for the screens to arrive. I am very concerned.
