They came out and did the job, there were a few issues so I thought I got a bad deal! They ended up coming out to make it right for me!
The installers had exceptional customer service and so did my salesman.

They took way longer than they said they would. They also broke a window and it took months and months.
I am not happy with them at all because water runs back in and under the wall. I called them two weeks ago and I still have not seen them come out and fix things.

I have been waiting six months for two screens to be replaced from the install of our new patio door and bedroom window. I believe that is unacceptable.
The windows are great! We had an issue with customer service when it came in. The window was cracked and it took them awhile to fix it.
They are too expensive.

I was not impressed with the salesman, he was misleading and dishonest but the installation crew awesome. They were very professional, hardworking, and cleaned up. The office manager tried to make things better but he seemed dishonest as well and I didn't appreciate that.
Well, I have outfitted my entire home with your products ; and, while I am satisfied with the product, I do not like the sales price shenanigans. For instance. We both know that one door should not cost over 4000 bux. You remind me of the Kirby vacuum cleaner man who initially priced the vacuum at 1600 bux , but eventually sold it for 250. Additionally, I recommended Champion to my friend Brenda Huff. She ordered a huge....room for the rear of her home....over 50,000 bux, I think. She had her initial contact with Champion at the home and garden show in February, 2020. She was told that you would start erecting her room in JULY. It is now practically October, and you've done nothing in her rear yard. She has reportedly called you multiple times and NOTHING. She told me that in order to cancel , you keep a huge chunk of her money. Believe me when I say that she would probably like to try someone else at this point. Please do not blame COVID 19 for this. EVERYONE is passing the buck onto COVID. I feel betrayed by you. It makes my friendship with MS. Huff awkward since I recommended you.
I called them because I had questions and they said it would be a month and I haven't heard from them since.
I loved the room but I did not like the salesman. He was very rude and does not know how to speak to women. He talks down to them. Until I got a hold of a woman, only then then was I satisfied, then I got things fixed. The man that runs the Tulsa office was very rude and has no respect for women even though I was paying my money for it. The salesperson treated me like I was nothing.
They tell you one thing on delivery on when it starts, they sell you the stuff, and you never hear from the salesperson again. From the time I made my downpayment it was supposed to be four months and it wound up being 6 and half with repeated calls.
My job took them six months to finish and it was a hassle.
They do a great job and their customer service is spectacular.
Estimating and measuring went really well, installation had a few issues which is why it isn’t a “strongly agree”.
They have a better locking system than the windows we used to have. I also like the stoppers that are in the windows that keep the window from opening all the way. It is very durable.
We had a few things go wrong during the process that should not have been wrong but yet here we are. I should have canceled the order before they started working. When I first called, the lady said there wasn't anybody by that name. I didn't understand because she managed to tranfser me to the salesman. I should have stopped right there and went with a different company.
My experience with Champion Windows of South Bend was very good, I like my windows, and they work well.
I am extremely happy with the workmanship.
