Installers did a nice job.
Our siding project went very well. Had a hiccup with water coming the hallway once the gutters were removed but that was corrected quickly with a temporary gutter. We are looking forward to our new window installation as well as our new entryway.
The process took forever to complete. We were quoted 12 weeks and the project was completed after 32 weeks. There was very little communication regarding the delays. I had to call multiple times just to get info. The quality of the work is great though and I am happy with the finished product.
I would never recommend you due to your total lack of customer service. You take thousands of dollars up front, blow right past delivery times and then cannot even get an intelligent answer from your call centers. You have the most unprofessional, disorganized mess of a company I have ever seen. If I had read the Better Business reviews on your company prior to ordering your product I would never have done it. Your reputation is your outstanding product and brand and perhaps that was true in the past but not anymore. You need to get it together in customer service.
I was told I would receive a referral fee but I didn't get anything.
Job was delayed 4 months as a result of incorrect window measurements on three (3) half-moon windows. This caused rescheduling of my time and other projects. In addition, the installer covered my security system wiring, I called to explain the problem, no one came out so I incurred the cost of rewiring so my home would have security. No consideration was given for the cost I incurred, only the contact relieved them from any liability. When the installation was restarted 3-4 months later, offer was made at that time to correct the security breach.
When I do business with a company, I ask a lot of questions. When they answer my questions, and they are the right answers, I continue the business.
Sliding glass door was installed incorrectly on 05/04/22. Have been trying to get ahold of someone for more than 4 weeks to get the door installed correctly and have not been able to get someone out to fix the door properly. Screen door is a poor design and does not open all the way. We were never told about this issue prior to purchasing the door. It has been a nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone at champion.
I'm very satisfied with the windows and service. It was fantastic.
Average company that did not show any indication that they were superior to any other door and window company. This is not the same company standards that I got from Champion 11 years when they replaced my windows.
The lack of fully informed, correct information has been extremely frustrating. When we connected (finally) with someone from Customer Service, we were told someone MIGHT contact us regarding our concerns. As of today (5/24), no one has, but Champion certainly didn't have a problem taking the money due without connecting with us further.
I think the salesman should be fired. I asked him repeatedly if the $3,100 dollars was going to be the final cost for the four windows. He never told me that they added another $2,500 to the final bill. The windows and installer were great.
Champion Windows of Portland customer service interactions and communication were not good. Employees were very disrespectful and dismissive.
I found them to be very professional. They did a first-rate job on the siding and the windows. I am very happy and pleased with them.
Champion is fine for the “sale” but they need to work on follow through with timetables, communication, & customer service.
They were very courteous and professional and did a wonderful job!
The workers and contractors were very professional and attentive to detail.
We had a great experience with the salesman. The installation took longer than the original installation date that we agreed upon. They did not communicate any delays with me.
Was happy with all aspects. Prices a little higher than a few other places but staff sold me!!

I have used Champion Windows of Boise four times over the last four years. I am pretty happy with the product.
I was very satisfied with every aspect of my experience. From the salesman to the installation crew, everything was perfect.
I give them two stars because of the failure to totally inform the customer.
The sales rep that came to our house was new and had not been trained on doors yet. Our intent was to purchase BOTH windows and doors. A second appointment had to be made in which he indicated he would bring his manager with him. The appointment for doors was made but nobody showed up. He indicated that he had broken his foot and his manager was supposed to have reset the appointment with somebody else. Nobody from the office ever followed back up. We did order 10 replacement windows during the initial sales visit. The installation crew was very professional however a window pane broke within 3 days of being installed - completely shattered when nobody was around. Three weeks later, I am still waiting on a replacement and communication from the warranty / service team has been nearly nonexistent.
The sales person, Nelson, was super awesome, very informative, and he helped me get the best price. He made my experience enjoyable. It was not awkward. I would definitely call him back again for the rest of my windows.
