-increased cleaning of factory equipment
We are confident in our ability to provide exceptional service to our customers, and will continue to schedule free in-home estimates, services and installations at the request of our loyal customers. We will monitor the situation and adjust our business practices as necessary.
The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is that it took so long. I placed my order in July and got my windows in December.
It looks like a new house after they finished.

It took over 18 months to get my door installed.
The entire process was seamless. The salesman saw my vision and made it come to life.
I was told by the salesmen that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for my windows and doors to be installed. That was on 9/14/2022. It is now 1/26/2023 and I still don't have my doors, and my windows were just installed on 1/6/2023.
I liked the sales, scheduling process, and the people on the front lines being helpful and allowing me to schedule appropriately.
I would recommend them to friends.

There were some communication issues while the project was being started around the contract and timelines and things of that nature. However, when the building started, the team that did the building were outstanding, they were very responsive, and they addressed all issues. They provided good information when we had questions. They were a great face for the company.

They were efficient, but timeliness was lacking. I bought multiple windows and switched out one of them for a different window. I was charged for the window that I did not get and the one I switched to. I have not received a reconciliation for this.
