Really? If you need to ask you aren’t paying attention, and that is the primary reason I wouldn’t recommend. By no fault of ours, the entire order was messed up. We were not kept in the loop, and because of that, your management has totally failed. No one reached out to us, we had to make all the inquiries. In the end, the sales person Ron was great, and so were the installers. But, the Wichita office management should be reviewed.

Every thing went smoothly. Did not take a long time to get windows and all 6 windows were installed in one day.

I trust the quality of their products and materials. I feel others would have the same experience.

This is the worst company to hire. I would never subject anyone to deal with this company.

When I scheduled the appointment to have someone come out to offer an estimate, it was rescheduled two different times. The cost of the door was more expensive than I was expecting. When the door was placed, there was a scratch on the outside on the frame of the door above the door bell.

D disappointed from start

Put on a different payment plan than discussed. Windows were not completed properly from the factory and had to be modified to function properly. Installers damaged screen and it was replaced with a screen with box knife damage (twice) before repaired properly.

The installation was PERFECT, they were good at the work, fast, tidy, friendly. The sales process had me very uneasy, see next comment.

I love the windows

Leonardo Santos must be the best window installer working for Champion. He and his helper were not only professional,
caring and committed to satisfying the customer. We had 10 windows installed on our porch. All the wrapping took more time
than the windows. Leonardo ask us numerous times if the work being done was to our satisfaction. They worked from early
morning (on time) until dark Friday and Saturday---coming back Sunday morning to finish the last wrapping. They cleaned up
so well no one could tell they had ever been here. Leonardo walked us through the final inspection for our ok. We have
never seen such fine work applying all the caulk. We not only think the windows are great, we think the final product inside and outside exceeded our expectations. We cannot say enough about our installers being so good.

Need talk to a real person

The answer to that is pending my service that I’ve waited on since the day the windows were put in. The service agent lacks a little effort. Don’t text people call them after they’ve spent all this money

My window replacement was because of a hail storm and was covered by insurance (so I thought). When I contacted you to get an itemized bill to submit to my insurance ( required by my insurance ), I was told that you never give out itemized bills for your products. The price I paid to you was 10 times what the insurance would allow even with the buy two get two free (deal) I was given. You are way over priced and will not document for me what the prices are for. This is a huge red flag for me that you know you are way over priced and are not willing to back up why you charge this amount for your products and installation costs. I will never use your company again nor will I recommend you to anyone. In fact I will tell anyone that will listen to never use your company and explain the above reasons to them in full detail.
