Improve Communication on the whole process from start to finish

I talked to the sales rep who came out agreed to the windows 3 days later.
A different person called dropped the price $700. In the end, the person decreasing the price was cold calling other sales reps customers to get their business. This caused 2 days of confusion. And I still did not get the lower price.

Salesman listened to what I needed,showed me the products and then let me decide what I wanted.

Very long lead time from order to install. Installation went very nice.

Install my other door that was paid for

Could do better at communicating and verifying when a text is sent out to confirm appointments to respond.

The process was seamless.

The wrong windows were installed. I paid for triple pane and received double pane instead. Now no one is reach out to me.

The father and son team were very thorough and did a very good job. We were very happy with the end work

From the first meeting through the final installation, Champion exceeded our expectations. Ron Spree, the Factory Representative, was outstanding and made the entire process easy by taking the time to explain everything, answering our questions, and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home, even while working in the summer heat. The new windows look fantastic, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I would gladly recommend Champion of Wichita to anyone looking to replace their windows.

No customer service. As of right now I would not recommend champion windows at all.

Installers were great and professional

Really? If you need to ask you aren’t paying attention, and that is the primary reason I wouldn’t recommend. By no fault of ours, the entire order was messed up. We were not kept in the loop, and because of that, your management has totally failed. No one reached out to us, we had to make all the inquiries. In the end, the sales person Ron was great, and so were the installers. But, the Wichita office management should be reviewed.

Every thing went smoothly. Did not take a long time to get windows and all 6 windows were installed in one day.

I trust the quality of their products and materials. I feel others would have the same experience.

This is the worst company to hire. I would never subject anyone to deal with this company.

When I scheduled the appointment to have someone come out to offer an estimate, it was rescheduled two different times. The cost of the door was more expensive than I was expecting. When the door was placed, there was a scratch on the outside on the frame of the door above the door bell.
