I was very satisfied with my experience with Champion Windows of Seattle.
This is because it took them a long time to fix the problem, and a lack of communication. The guy who came did a great job but he came unannounced.
Five months to receive the replacement windows and the large main window is defective! Will have to wait months again to receive the new window!
The windows were nice and they were punctual.
Yes, quality windows and great staff
I was disappointed in the lack of communication.
I was very happy with the windows.
I have Champion windows in my home and their entry doors on my home and my rental property. The quality is excellent and their people are good to work with. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the length of time and the extra appointments necessary to key the door to my existing key.
Cost to value and ROI on investment is greater than expected. We replaced 18 windows and a sliding door, the installation was quick and professional.
Excellent windows, easy replacement, though sometimes not so correctly made.
They were very easy to deal with. We have gone through a couple of different places, and they were the best!
Champion Windows of Seattle was very communicative and responsive to questions. They get the job done as required.
Have already recommended Champion to my neighbors.
I like the way the windows look, but one of the vent latches is installed in the opposite direction of the other vent latches, so it can't prop open the window. In retrospect, although the salesperson did a good job, I didn't like the high pressure sales tactics of the company (saying a deal was only valid if you acted right away). If you have a good service, you should allow comparisons and give customers a chance to think things over, and they will be more likely to choose your company anyway. Also the windows are very expensive.
The entire process from the salesperson's visit to the installation and communications with the front office were professional and efficient. We got other bids, but Champion was the only company that could install the windows this summer because they have their own factory making the windows, which made all the difference. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
The whole process was very simple!
I have already recommended Champion
It took 12 weeks to get product before starting. About what they told us. Started on the day they told us. Finish date seemed long. Not my field of expertise...
Champion Windows of Seattle did an outstanding job replacing our windows and sliding door. From estimate to finish they were friendly, professional, courteous, punctual and did a fantastic job!
They moved my items from the wall(just in case), they were tidy and unbelievably finished in one day just as they said. My 50 year old HUGE window and sliding door are now replaced with their beautiful work.
Can't thank them enough!
This company is terrible! I would never recommend anyone to buy windows or doors from them, since they are liars.
As a repeat customer I got a great deal on some pretty special things. Every step of the way was handled efficiently and professionally. Everything looks and operates perfectly.
I had a great overall experience with Champion Windows. There were some minor issues but a lot of them were around miscommunication and expectations, which would be the main emphasis I would give to anyone who works with them in the future.
Very Pleased with all three phases of our experience; sales, measuring, and install
We are extremely happy with the windows we purchased!
Wonderful, everything got done excellently.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Champion Windows of Seattle as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
