The quality is there but they are expensive. I would just tell folks that.

The family who was assigned to my window installation. Mr. Freddy, his daughter Michelle, & his son, didn't get his name, but very nice, work hard family.

The workmanship was excellent and professional and courteous.

I do not know anyone buying windows - but if they ask I would definitely tell them how good the service was

It’s like once you sign and pay you can’t get a hold of anyone and the installation crew no one spoke English very hard to communicate I feel like all the money went to the office and the paper pushers instead of the actual workers

The issues I had: windows were not done when said then too many billing mistakes, that should have never happen ever. The original contract is an original contract and amendments to contracts can be contested it’s bad for business and confuses everyone involved even your own staff.

Absolutely... Yes! The entire process was easy and our windows are awesome!

Each and every person that I came in contact with was excellent. From my initial salesman to people on the phone with the company to the installers, all were A+. The windows themselves are beautiful, strong, clear, very functional and easy to clean and easy to open.

Champion windows did a complete and excellent job at our house.

This last window completed all windows in our home being replaced. We held off on this final window to align with other remodel project.

windows were ordered on Oct 14 and installed on the 14th of Dec The windows are beautiful and the installation was flawless! Very happy with the whole process!!!!

I would recommend them to be included in the bid process, probably as the last one to talk to.

I decided to give Champion a look for my door purchase as they had done my siding in the past. From the intial consultation to the installation of my door it was first class service all the way! Everything was completed on time and the quality of work was great!

Not happy with the windows. Excessive vinyl on the pain window, greenish gray glass, and several mismatch corners of vinyl.

The job has not been completed due to 2 defective window glass out of 11 windows. Will not make a recommendation until the job is completed.

Champion window installed our front door. Did a beautiful job

Champion was timely, professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. I completed my house in two stages, (front and back/sides). I now have a very well insulated house with the best windows money can buy. Would do again if not for the lifetime guarantee.

Champion has an awesome product to recommend to any one looking to upgrade their windows.

Upgraded 4 windows: garden window and 3 other windows. Garden window much deeper than old garden window to where I can't reach the shelf. All windows seem to be superior to other windows but after installation, we were left with a major painting project on the exterior of our house. Caulking is all over the exterior trim and siding, and they replaced some trim leaving unpainted trim. Looks just horrible and now we will have to pay someone to paint the trim/siding around each window. We were going to replace the rest of the windows in our house, but not with Champion and the mess we were left to clean up, We paid a premium for 4 windows but did not receive premium installation finishing

The installation of the windows was excellent.The installers were the real champions of the process. They were courteous, experienced, and meticulous. I am a retired skilled craftsman myself. I can recognize skilled labor and that defines the crew!

NO, We are not likely to recommend Champion to our friends and neighbors. While we were pleased with Kristy and Jose... We were not pleased with the price. In the past the product and service were reasonable. The cost is out of line and we were not happy with that. The Product was defective and we were not happy with the time and effort we put in to make this installation complete.
We have used Champion is the past as our window provider. We will ahve to think long and hard about future Purchases.

The quality of the windows is obvious. I don't know of anyone off hand that is looking to replace their windows, but would highly recommend Champion Windows to anyone needing new windows..

Not a good experience from beginning to the end

Bron Gailey demonstrated the Champion product very well. The financial options are great especially the Veteran discount. The Greensky process was confusing at first but got cleared up by management. The installation actually came a week early & 23 windows & a slider were installed in one day! There were some very minor quality issues at clean up with found debris afterwards. The main thing to cover for removal of old windows is replacing old wood trim either per piece or entirely. I had to negotiate that on the fly & thought it was included as needed. Especially knowing the age of the original trim. Glad the installers were easy to work with!

I experienced a great deal of trouble with the design and measurement on my windows
