The reason for the rating is everyone in every company is never perfect in my opinion.

The windows are fairly difficult for me at least, to slide open and closed, and I have a hard time closing and locking the sliding door latch. We were given instructions very clearly how to use it, but I think it will take some time for me to adjust to it. I just expected to love them more than I do .It was our mistake, but we got pull up windows that open out for cleaning ease, and we won't be able to use that feature now as we have plantation blinds that interfere with that mechanism. Not the company's error however.

The windows are excellent and the price was fair. The installers were terrific and efficient . . . . 5 windows in 2.5 hours!!

The local Champion sales team provided excellent help from Leonardo, the gentleman who made the initial sales call & sold us our 3 new doors. Rod, our sales team leader, provided iediate responses to our questions. Our installation team was excellent too. And Rod followed up with us after the job afterwards. Great team lead & members!

The quality and warranty of the windows is better than any other company I researched before making my decision for Champion Windows

They knowingly installed a damaged door sash, and then took six months to replace. When they did replace it they damaged the door frame and did a poor job of repair.

Order was placed months ago and doors are still not installed. One
window had a flaw which was noticed on installation and is in need of replacement. Its been weeks since Windows were installed and there has been no follow-up on the replacement of the flawed window. Caulking around windows is very sloppy.

The value for the money. We had estimates from 4 or 5 different window manufacturers. We really didn't see what a lot of differences in the windows offered by other companies other than the price when compared to Champion windows. Some estimates we received were 2, 3, and even 4 times the price of what Champion offered for a comparable window. With Champion you can cut out the middle-man and save some money.

They made this job stress free. They answered our questions, had terrific suggestions and were totally there for us.

Champion was thorough and stickler for details. I would use the company again.

The overall experience was excellent, but the windows were a bit pricey.

You may NOT want to hear my comments! I signed the contract on 7/31/25. Windows installed 9/25/25. There were problems with 4 of the 4 windows. I have been waiting for the corrected windows since they were re-ordered on 10/20/25. Now it looks like they won't arrive until the holidays! Today being 11/26/25. Customer service is horrible. Except for Rod Lacheney. I have spoken to two regional mgrs; Michael Smith and Al Norton. I asked for compensation (a credit), since the problems were mishaps with ordering and workmanship. Their response basically; "No".

Damage window panes and paint around windows.

It took over two years to get my windows installed and too many hours to count of phone calls just to attempt to figure out what I got myself into that I could not get out of without paying almost as much. All the while I was paying interest on what they did not disclose until after it was too late to back out.

Worst experience ever.

Nice windows but kinda expensive.

Punctual, laid down floor protection in the house, quality install, and excellent cleanup.

Quality of the windows were excellent. Installed in a day and half. Tech Installed them with care.

All three window have blemishes on the inside window.

I had Champion windows in my condo. 15 years later they were like new. I just had a sliding glass door replaced in my house. It's the same quality and workmanship I experienced years ago.
