Quality of product and installation.ⁿ
High quality, professional and courteous, showed up on time, good craftsmanship
They are so efficient. I love them. They make your house look so pretty.
Besides the exceptional service, the employees were very nice and reliable.
The windows are nice. The guys would put them in were nice. They disconnected my outdoor lights and never put them back on. The windows have not helped with the interior temperature of the home. $22,000 was supposed to reduce the energy use and it hasn't really done that.
The enire process from purchase to installation was wonderful!
They were professional, fast and did a great job. They were respectful.
I have recommended Champion to a few people already, but I don't think anyone I know is currently looking for new windows. If I come across anyone that is, I know I'll recommend Champion for sure.
Installation took 7 months when it supposed to take 6 weeks. Three previous dates they scheduled for installation they either didn’t show up or had to reschedule the day of. I believe two or three regional installation managers left the company during this time. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone until their most recent guy, Garrett, who was actually decent.
Lack of communication and failure to meet promises.
I totally recommend Champion windows. I love my windows and really made my home looking stunning!
Very professional and quality windows. Manufacturing process is the best
They were very professional and did a very good job.
They did an excellent job, I loved it!
Responsive, professional, excellent product, great service.
They were fast, friendly, snd professional. They did a good job.
The guys came and did a very good job. They worked fast. It took less than one day to do seven windows. There was very little disruption of our household. It was good!
Good price, fast and clean service. It was very good!
Professional and repeat customer experience
A little pricy, but I’m satisfied with installation and quality so far.
Champion was the 5th and final company I'd scheduled to get an estimate from. The salesman was very knowledgeable and my wife and I were impressed with the quality of materials we were shown and what their performance should be like. As part of the sale, I'd agreed to write a review, to which the salesman agreed to, in writing, that would be 100% mine with no undue influence by Champion to have me give them a review that was better than what they'd earned. Good, or bad, everything is in my words only.
Every company we'd gotten estimates from, assured the windows came with a warranty and would be covered if there were any issues. Well, Champion actually had the written warranty of some of those other companies and after getting the chance to read them, I'd realized just how stupid I'd been for not actually asking to see them in writing myself. They were very well written by lawyers and gave plenty of ways to get out of paying for things, or accepting responsibility if we had issues with their product. Each warranty we were shown was multiple pages long with lots of fine print the further you read.
Champion's warranty looked nothing like that. It is one page long and states very clearly what is guaranteed by their warranty. In fact, here is what it says:
NO CHARGE for any necessary REPAIR.
NO CHARGE for any necessary PARTS.
NO CHARGE for any necessary LABOR.
NO CHARGE for any necessary MATERIAL.
NO CHARGE for any necessary removal of JOB RELATED DEBRIS.
NO CHARGE for any BROKEN GLASS for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES.
NO CHARGE for any SEAL FAILURE for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES.
NO CHARGE for any SCREEN REPAIR for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES.
There are a few more details, but nothing out of the ordinary of hidden by legalese.
The estimate we were initially given was higher than I'd hoped, but we were offered a first time only discount. That meant if we agreed to purchase from Champion we would be given a discount but it would only be good for that day. If we waited, say another week to make a decision, then that discount would no longer be offered. My wife hates sales tactics like that.
The discount we were offered put Champion back into the price range we wanted. Between that, how impressed we were with the warranty and quality of the windows, we were sold.
We didn't finance and paid a deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion. However, a final inspection by us, and a supervisor needed to be completed and signed off for satisfaction before the balance was due.
Champion came back out to get their detailed measurements and we began to wait for them to be built. Every company told us the wait time for windows was long, maybe 6 weeks, give or take.
We signed our contract March 5th and the windows were installed April 13th.the work took 1 day, although we were told it could take up to 2. My wife was the person at home when the windows were actually installed. Everything went smoothly. The workers were professional, got everything installed and left nothing behind. If there weren't new double paned windows, you'd never had known they were even there. They even replaced a piece of trim that had fallen off and I never got around to replacing.
Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase from Champion. The only reason I'm not going to give this a full 5 star review is because I haven't had to go through any additional process that Champion where I'd need to file a claim, or deal with customer service beyond the sale. Nor have I had the opportunity to see what kind of impact the new windows will have on my energy Bill.
I would definitely recommend Champion if you're looking into rreplacing the windows on your home. So far, everything has been a positive experience and am happy with the look and cost of my new windows.
They have poor customer service and poor communication.
The windows are beautiful and the installation crew did a fantastic job. My disappointment with my experience was with my salesman. He canceled our second appointment after I waited for close to an hour. This was after he said he was on his way. I understand that things happen but it was very frustrating for me to take time off work and then have such a last minute cancellation. Additionally, the way he explained the promotions “Buy 3 windows, get one free” was confusing. To this day, I have no idea what I paid per window nor do I know if I really got this promotion. He talked so much it was exhausting. An appointment shouldn’t take 2+ hours especially for a couple of windows. If I were to go with Champion again in the future, I would explicitly ask for a different salesman. I don’t know if I would go with Champion again because I’m not sure yet if I think their windows are worth the high price tag.
From the salesman to the installation crew, all have been great. And I have noticed that my bedroom is now warmer than before. I'm very pleased with Champion Windows.
My Champion Windows were installed on Feb. 15th, which was the Monday before our record cold hit. Thanks to Champion Windows I was warm, my home was comfortable, and my utility bill was low. The installation crew was incredible! They worked hard, did not take any lunch breaks, and put everything back after completion. I highly recommend Champion Windows.
