I have an issue and no one has called me back about it. I don't like that I have to go through some outside agency to even get to them.
I can tell how much cooler it feels in the house. I’m looking forward to seeing how warm it will be in the winter since I don’t like the cold weather.

Able is the man. Gets the job done, Takes time and answers questions. Listens and makes sure that the customer is happy with the finished product.
I love the Sun Room installed by Champion. Great work and we love the stamped concrete floor. The heater/AC unit works great and we stay outside in all weather. This has become our dinning room. I recommend this for everyone that loves the outdoors.
I feel I didn’t receive the same quality of Windows that Michael Casas Demonstrated in my living room in December 23,2019. I called Mr.Casas and emailed him about my concerns he replied and failed to show up the day he was scheduled to show up, I received no phone call or email or even text that he was not going to make the appointment. Funny when Champion windows was trying to sell me windows man you were blowing up my phone NOW that it’s all done no one cares! phones calls don’t happen when they are supposed to oh and having problems ALREADY!!!! With my damn NEW WINDOWS!!! They are scheduled on Wednesday to come out and fix the locks to my new windows If I could get my old windows back I would in a second. I feel I got taken by Champion Windows
Champion Windows has good quality products and materials.
The timeliness and efficiency of the installation crew made the whole process smooth.
Until I get my problem resolved. I want to get the issue with the financing and the cost resolved.
Very happy with the product. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
My installation is still not complete. I ordered 3 electronic pet doors on May 11th. They were “installed” on July 6th but were not functional. One door was not installed properly and the glass window is defective. The staff could not figure out how to program the doors and they re-ordered the window. They instructed me to call a locksmith and have them program the doors and I would be reimbursed my costs. I asked if they had any recommendations for a locksmith and they did not. They did not give me any limitations and repeatedly told me I would be reimbursed my costs. I have not been reimbursed for my out of pocket costs which I incurred on their behalf. I have been told I will not be reimbursed because the locksmith was too expensive. As of today, October 22nd, my window has not been replaced. They ordered a replacement but it was more defective than the one currently installed. This is a terrible, dishonest company with a terrible product and unknowledgeable staff.
Able was our job supervisor and he did a great job. We had some scheduling problems that occurred but he was always professional and always kept me informed. He did everything he said he would do and I would highly recommend him. The work was great and the end result is everything we had hoped for. I was very happy.
I couldn't be happier. The service was top notch. The scale doesn't; go high enough for my experience.

Working with Champion was a positive experience. Staff was profession. Everyone arrived at every appointment on time. Installation was fast and professional - they were very adept and working around difficult landscaping around the house. We have had no post installation issues to date.

I have had my windows done and my doors this time, by them. I recommend their workmanship because they are excellent. I want the same crew next time.
The installers did a good job and were friendly, only 2 of them to install these 3 windows on a very high second story side of the house and to install a sliding door out to the deck. The guys worked hard and accommodated me fixing a slight issue we ran into with some bad siding.The crew supervisor did not show up at the job site, I thought he told me he would be there, that created a little anxiety on my side since there were only 2 installers for this tough job with these large windows so high in the air. The installers earned my respect very quickly and eased my temporary anxiety.
The installation manager does not follow through with schedule or inspection.
