The crew worked fast and very synchronized. They keep areas clean as they installed each window. We have 11 windows replaced the same day. The guys ware respectful and attentive to our requests. We love our new windows and the experience was a pleasant one.

Windows look great and appear to be performing as expected.

Sloppy work. Champion windows was contacted about the descrepancies. they scheduled a correction appointment from 12 to 4;00 PM. I lost 4 hours of work champion tech never showed up. There are still gaps that need to be calked. Champion does not appear to be too concerned about fixing the problem.

Installation scheduler Garrett Jackson, is unprofessional. Installers did not show up and he lied about changing the time and laughed about it. He called me back after laughing, and I told him what I thought of his disrespect.. Still no apology. So I can not recommend this company to any family or friends.

The glass was advertised to resist heat. We had upwards of 108 degrees surface temp on the interior. Then we were told its the surrounding metal causing the heat. We know it gets really hot in SA but we were buying under the belief that it would be much cooler. Very expensive as well.

The widows are great. I would have appreciated if the installation crew would have moved furniture back in place, reattached the blinds, and cleaned the windows from their hand prints

I like the quality of the windows themselves, however it is five days later and no one as returned to finish the job. our heavy furniture is in middle of our living room and blinds laying on them. We were told they would be back the next day to hang blinds back up but we have not heard anything. We are in our 80s and can not move this stuff.

I liked the sales presentation, and I liked the install, and I love the door. I will be very honest the communication from the time of sale until the install was very poor. I called a couple of times just to get an update on the status of the project and did not ever get returned calls. I finally found out the status by contacting my sales person who was very prompt in his reply.

I have already recommended Champion to a friend. The Windows are high quality and the warranty covers everything. I've noticed that the air conditioner is running less often and that the temperature stays at the temperature on the thermostat. I can't wait to see how they do during the 100° summer weather.

They do not have any regards for your property. The crew was very sloppy. They left window sealant all over my wood floor, stained concrete patio, sidewalk and rood shingles. They also scratched the paint on my floor trim if front of every window. The also put either their tool bag or something on the lid of my newly installed toilet and left the toilet seal all scratched up. I had to clean the floor and patio myself. I also needed to talk to Garrett the installation manager and left 2 massages and a text, he did not bother to return my call. I guess spending $34,000 doesn't mean much to them.

I put in an order of 16 windows in mid May 2024. I did not get my windows until mid August. Much later than promised. My window replacements were delay after delay. A picture window broke a day after it was installed. Problem was it was not tempered like it was suppose to be. It was not delivered and installed until Jan. 2025. Now finally I received the other two replacement windows in April 2025. So almost to the year, it took them to finally fulfill my order placed back in May 2024.

I met with representatives from four other companies and Champion Windows clearly had the superior product in quality, energy efficiency, materials, and price. I was able to get the windows that folded down from both the top and bottom for easy cleaning that I really wanted. I was fortunate to meet with Ethan when there was a "buy 2, get 2 free" sale in progress which made my purchase less expensive than the other companies and yet gave me the best quality windows.

The entire experience was superior. Our POC was Garrett Jackson, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and constantly kept us up to date regarding the project. The team that did the install was led by Lance, I cannot say enough about this team they worked together very well, knowledgeable, polite, professional and very willing to help and answer any questions we had during the installation. They even put all of our stuff back on the patio when they were done.

The installation of our windows was fine. My concern is the recommendation of a company to finance the project. Green leaf is all but practicing thievery . The High interest rate and the time it takes for them to Post a loan payment thus earning more interest.

I would recommend Champion because of the cost versus quality. I had renewal by Anderson replace a window and the experience was great, although much more expensive. For the cost Champion was better. I will wait for final judgement as we see how well the windows perform against the weather and last. I am always willing to talk to anyone if you have further questions. 334-220-7024 Mark Morris

If someone is not in a hurry and doesn't mind paying everything up front - perhaps. I feel if I could have gotten my windows sooner maybe I could recommend. I really need my upstairs windows also - but I would definitely need them sooner than this time and not pay as much if I am a return customer (with leeway on the payments also).
