I would like to know why customer service is so lacking with Champion.
Contract said windows would be installed 4-6 weeks. Mine took 17 weeks and no one cared. I have a screen with a hole in it that was promised to be replaced. Where is it? Good product horrible company. Never again.
The workers can in and replace my windows in a professional way, kept my place clean and did steady work.
The sales experience could have been more transparent.
I will definitely recommend anyone I know or not know to Champion. I didn’t replace all of my windows but I am planning on doing that.

I was truly satisfied with the installation and the end product.
We just really like the product: no more expensive than others on the market, installed professionally, and holds up very well. This is our third Champion product, and we will be back for more!
Champion has done windows for us twice, and for my family! They are the best!
The young man was professional, polite and explained every thing clearly
Would not recommend, sloppy installation. They used silicone on the trim, paint does not stick to silicone. I had to remove all the silicone and use calking that the paint would stick to.
We are long time customers of Champion, we've used them 15 years ago. We've gotten 10 windows done recently with them, they're great satisfactory service.

I don't have anything good to say about Champion Windows of Richmond. I got some doors installed in January and I'm already having to get them serviced. It's been six weeks of trying to get an appointment scheduled and I have not heard anything back from them.

Yes, of course, always because this was an isolated incident. I don't believe this company is bad. Things happen. It started with the problem with the misunderstanding, and everything went sour from there.
