Yes, of course, always because this was an isolated incident. I don't believe this company is bad. Things happen. It started with the problem with the misunderstanding, and everything went sour from there.
We have had a lot of people tell us how much they like it. I have been working from home and it’s my new office. Love sitting out there and working. Thank you!
The installation crew was outstanding and the fit and finish of the windows is dead on perfect.
The delay in the repairs could cause someone an issue.
Because of all the problems I have had, I would not recommend Champion Windows to a friend.
I would not want to torture any of my friends like this.
Replacing windows in our 1890s era house has been a long-term project spanning a number of years. Champion was able to install windows with the same look as the old ones and the styles remained consistent from year to year so we didn't have to worry about not finding matching windows.
I was not impressed with the quality of the windows. The windows were not measured correctly.
I was very satisfied with everything.
Champion did make a mistake on 4 windows and they did make it right by coming out to fix it. They were always there when they said they would be and very professional.
The craftsmanship and workmanship were very good; but it was very expensive. I did not have a choice. I had to fiance it. We did not get a promotion of 50 percent off a window. At $1000 a window, I do not think we got the promotion.
Service was excellent
I am very happy with the overall experience. Glad that the regional manager (Chris) accompanied the sales rep (Tyler) when he came out for the estimate since it was his first day. 19 window install, mostly double hung. 6 basement hoppers. Final price was higher than Pella 250, lower than Pella 350, about $15k less than Anderson Renewal, and $5k more than another local vinyl window company in town. Ended up deciding on Champion because of the warranty (which includes accidental breakage), overall brand name and support, 1 year 0% finance option, and their agreement to wrap 2 windows which had already been replaced due to a room remodel.Install manager, Mary, did the measurements and was fantastic throughout the remainder of the process. We communicated easily and effectively via text or cell.Install team was seasoned and fast. I felt the wrap job was high quality. A high quality calk which doesnt yellow or gray is important and that was another plus point with Champion. Mary found lead in the old, original layer of paint from the 60's during the lead test and the install team put interior plastic barriers and kept everything very clean. House looks very nice now.Mary told me to call her with any future concerns. I'm a satisfied customer.
Great windows, very good installation crew. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
I'm happy with how my room has turned out. I am excited about that. I get to enjoy nature and the birds in my yard.
The amount of debris I had to pick up out of my driveway was ridiculous. Nails, screws, bolts. I have pictures. I literally had to sweep the driveway daily before I pull in. There were 3 of us that had to pick up nails from the yard. There were so many I put them in a bowl. Drill bits in the yard, tools lying around. When they left there was stuff left. I still have it. The room however is beautiful. I thought I was getting a window in the top and it was foam. This room is not not not worth the money. It's made of incredibly cheap stuff and for the amount I spent I guess I expected closer to perfection and I saw several flaws including my siding was not replaced properly and is hanging down on one side. I have to get that fixed. I was so excited that I was telling EVERYONE and showing progress pictures but now I am saying I do not recommend. This has nothing to do with the builder, he was easy to get along with and worked very hard. Its just the materials are super cheap. I was asked to sign off before all work was completed
The windows, siding and front rails were done professionally and quick. It looks good. I get a lot of comments on it.
Everyone I worked with was professional and very courteous. They went beyond what was expected.
Champion Windows did not meet my expectations - they exceeded my expectations! From price point, installation, scheduling and the professionalism of their staff. Every step of this experience has been a great experience.
Wonderful experience with an awesome finished product. I can easily recommend Champion to anyone needing replacement doors. They were fast, courteous, safety conscious and clean. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Thanks Champion!
I could not be more happier with the product and service. Krystoff was outstanding.
They are always on the top of their game. I would not deal with anyone else!
I would recommend Champion Windows for any window installation.
Mostly satisfied the person doing measurement need training along with customer service skills
Great staff from the salesman to the installer. Great customer service.
