From start to finish they were professional and treated me and my home with respect. They didn't just do a generic replacement but tailored the job to the way we actually live in the home.

The team was friendly and made the process flow smoothly. The windows gave our home a whole new look. The cost was a little more than I expected but hopefully the windows will pay for themselves in energy savings.

Very professional from beginning to end, this is my second time purchasing Champion Windows in two different homes of course. I also have purchased Windows from their competitor, which are not as good as a Champion Window. Michael the installer was great worked very neatly and efficiently. Thank you Michael for a job well done. Thank you Champion Windows of Richmond Va for all of your help. I LOVE MY NEW CHAMPION WINDOWS.

While I am generally pleased with my dealings with Champion, if windows were not to be used long term by the current owner, cost may be an issue .

Backlog in manufacturing and shipping caused delays and I had to call Champion to find out what was going on.

My windows were installed in mid June 2024. One sash was broken, but installed anyway. The grids in one sash in kitchen do not line up properly. Picture window in family room either not properly measured or the factory made a mistake.

Company does take responsibility for the type of work that it promised. (read below)

Good professional work. Love my windows!

Salesman sold us on the windows. We were told when asked if the installers worked for Champion like Andersen Windows advertised and we were told yes. That's all they do is install Champion Windows. Our installers worked for themselves so obviously they are sub contractors.
