When I ordered my windows and doors in march they said it would be 10 weeks until installation. Which should have been the second week of June. Didn’t hear anything about the timeline and had to call the second week of July and finally got a response and within a week got them installed.

Customer service when received was really good. Communication between interactions was poor. I would have liked a more clean outline of timeline and pdf invoice to look back on.
On thursday, my service was scheduled for Monday but then I didnt receive any update on my service between that time and by Monday morning. I had to call Champion to see if the scheduled service was still happening.

i would recommend Champion windows, but not their patio doors. They are not worth the money for what we paid for ours.

The wrong window was put in. Twice more, the replacement was incorrect. We felt ghosted because there was no communication for 2 months, and no effort to compensate us for the times that we took off from work to be there to wait and meet the installer. There was no 30 minute heads up that the installer was on the way. No confirmation call or text the day before the install.

They were professional and installed the windows quickly! We noticed an instant change in the temperature on our second floor, and there was a noticeable reduction in noise from outside.

Horrible communications cannot never reach anyone and when you do it takes forever for them to call you back if they call you back at all.

So very, very pleased with the installed windows. The crew of Will, Andy, Christian, and Eli were so respectful of our home and outside landscape plantings. They were hard workers and we enjoyed having them in our home.

Everything was very smooth, from the salesperson to installation, it was seamless! We didn’t have any issues and they were available for any questions.

We were told that two teams would be combining to put our windows in as a single day event. We only had two members of one team that were there. That being said, they did an extraordinary job, completing the job in a professional manner in just one day as promised

Very responsive and quick to schedule appointments. Windows are fantastic quality and were installed weeks ahead of schedule.

It was so quickly completed with little mess.

Windows should be double glass like my older style windows. So inside windows don't get wet from rain and snow.

The quality and craftsmanship of our windows is excellent. It took numerous requests and lack of response and feedback to get some missing metal work done on the outside of our house after the window was installed. Our screens did not fit properly and it took almost 4 weeks to resolve and get fixed. In short the windows and install are wonderful, the follow up afterwards was not good. BTW the siding crew that was sent out to finish the install work was phenomenal!!

The door doesn’t align at bottom and the gap is about 1 and a half inches in diameter. Somebody needs to fix this problem before I recommend your product to anyone

Very professional. Salesman explained things well. The installers were polite and efficient and thankfully one spoke English. Nice crew. St this time I am pleased.

Left a huge mess, took 4 days to do what was supposed to be a 2 day job. Left and work still isnt finished.

Windows ordered were the wrong size. Installation team team made them work and they look good. When I asked the after installation phone call representative about them she said I would get a call from a supervisor. I never got a call.

Although I don't know of anyone who is looking to replace windows, I would absolutely recommend Champion Windows.
